I hate leaving bad reviews on small businesses, but I feel I need to. They were extremely late/behind schedule and only contacted me to resolve problems when they wanted the final payment, didnât even bring up resolving the issues until I did.
To be fair, they are very affordable and nice to work with until it comes to getting the order.
I have a season sensitive business, I was told two weeks for my shirts to be done and 1 week for the hats. The hats arrived in around 5 weeks and the shirts took over 2.5 months to arrive. Almost half way through my season, I got my order. After I got them, 5 out of 8 of my shirts only had half of my logo, missing one of the most important parts. The 5 were also missing flags on the sides, which I ordered. And they also entirely lost one of my shirts, admitted to it when I picked them up, and now deny ever having the shirt and said âit never came through their doors.â Essentially saying I lied, after the owner told me she remembered getting the shirt and would find it.
6 months after they said they would fix it, they called and asked for the final payment, nothing about the issues that they said they would fix, only about getting the final payment. I explained I would provide it once my missing shirt was given to me and the other 5 fixed. Mind you, my business season is over and the shirts are now outdated for the next.
After being 8 weeks late on the order and doing it wrong for 5 out of 8 and losing the 8th shirt. I believe they should have offered to fix it for free. But instead they only wanted the money and not to take care of their customers. I was also extremely nice and understanding for them with all the issues, I never got upset or complained.    Read moreOrdered a pullover for a local sporting season, in Nov â24 order said filled went to pick up and it had a handwritten note of the pullover being on back order. Several months later (Feb â25) and into the season after emailing them it was magically delivered the next day to be printed. Season is nearly over, they wonât refund it due to it now being in. Fine whatever, spoke to them and let them know I would stop by and pick it up they said it was fine and it would be there. Went to pick it up and it had been passed on to the team. Communication is obviously not their strong suit, this could have simply been substituted, or refunded due to unavailability in the very beginning. But here we are and now I canât recommend this...

I paid $60 for 2 shirts and before ordering and paying I asked if they could meet the deadline for the order, they said no problem and took my money and could not meet the deadline and thought it was no big deal that they could not meet the deadline. They were shirts for my last dadâs weekend with my daughter at college. I even built in a day extra before I left for the trip and they still could not meet the deadline with an extra day.
