Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Rome

Ollies Bargain Outlet is a blessing when you need a few things and don't want to pay full price. Ollies stores are clean and bright inside, although there is a certain disarray that comes with inconsistent product placement and quantities. Ollies usually has what I want, it just isn't always easy to find. O)lies employees are friendly and helpful. When I was looking for Glade Plug-in refills, one asked me what I was looking for. I explained as I didn't remember the name at the moment. She promptly took me to their location. I found the specific " Sweet Peony" fragrance I wanted. I bought the limited quantity they had on hand. Ollies is the only store where I have ever found this fragrance. Next, I selected a set of bed sheets. They were 1500 thread count for less than half the cost of other stores. The other product I always buy from Ollies is coffee. They sell boxes of eighty Kureg cups for just over $20.00. Other stores charge more than twice as much for thirty-five cups. Saving money is always a good thing. But at Ollies, I can save more than I spend, and that is a rare opportunity. It is so important in today's days...

I like the Ollie's store chain, but I had the worst experience in the Ollie's in Rome, GA and will not return there. Margaret, the manager and Cassie the cashier were incompetent and inconsiderate. The lines were wrapped around the store into the bedding section and the manager did not jump on the register or ask an employee to until she saw people she knew. Cassie who was the cashier at the customer service register returned the items for the people in front of us but then "forget" and pressed the wrong button when it was our turn. After waiting over 30 minutes in line because Cassie directed us there, we had to wait for Margaret to come over to fix Cassie's error. Margaret was however too busy worried about checking out the people who just walked in (who weren't directed to the back of the line like us). Returned an item because it was...

I Was able to find a very affordable Window AC there this morning; and I shopped around for a while. Great place♥️🤙. VERY friendly staff, and very clean &well organized. 😉Also, a Cashier there w- some incredible, red tinted hair has the most ebullient & BEAUTIFUL smile. 😉💞😍Jus' sayin'. Y'all: GO SHOP HERE!
