Our experience: Our refrigerator died on a Wednesday night; Neil was very helpful and even gave a reference to a local used appliance shop in case we wanted that option. We went to Tim's on Thursday and found a great Whirlpool fridge at a great price. We wanted them to deliver and haul away the old one. Neal told us delivery was likely Tuesday but would try to squeeze us in. We were delighted they managed to get it to us the next day!! Bill and Troy were very professional and know what they are doing! They had to remove the front door and screen and put it all back. They were kind enough to give us time to clean up the floor under the old fridge as well! Bill then took the time to go over settings for temp, ice and water and give us some good pointers. He also installed the filters and showed us where they are. We would give this businesses 10 stars if we could and are so happy to support this local business! Service: 0 stars! The same fridge had a problem with the ice maker drive motor, and it took them 2 weeks just to come out to look at it, then another 3 weeks to get the parts, then 2 more weeks to come install the parts.That's 7-8 weeks to take care of a warranty repair. Pathetic. I should have called someone else to fix it.
If Tim's cared half as much about their existing customers as they do their potential customers, they would be much better off. I will continue to buy from them, but will call someone else to service the item...

I visited the establishment today and encountered an elderly gentleman named Greg (I believe) who was exceptionally rude. He informed me that they have never offered free delivery, despite the fact that they have done so for me in the past. He also made a sarcastic remark along the lines of, "You can tell me all you want that you received free delivery, blah blah blah." The individual in question was quite impolite and very elderly.
