This company needs a proper "Etiquette" on dealing with people and how to make them feel comfortable in order to gain their business. The AGENT "Adalisa Machado" and who ever the guy was that called me and tried to portray a "Broker" need to find something better to do, Mid Jan 2020, I had reached out in order to see a New Development built in Newark, NJ, Immediately She asked about the "Pre-Approval", Which i gladly emailed it to her RIGHT AWAY showing 600k and that i was QUALIFIED & SERIOUS, Then she proceeds to constantly coerce me to come to her office, which i didn't feel comfortable doing because she kept mentioning it NUMEROUS TIMES, Since i had sent her my "Pre-Approval" to show i was serious, ALL i wanted to do was schedule a tour of the NEW Home, and as i mentioned through text, Whatever details she wanted to give to me she could of easily emailed OR simply gave it to me in person while we toured the property, Instead she never responded and had a man from her "Supposed office" call me, Who never even introduced himself or tried to rectify the matter, instead he was loud, aggressive and sounded uneducated/Ghetto. NEVER AGAIN !!! These People make NEW...

If I could give no stars I would. I called inquiring about a property. The woman who answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. She kept repeating that no properties could not be shown without proof of funds. That I had to come to the office and meet with someone and show I have funds. I explained to her that I have already been preapproved, but I don’t live in NJ, that I live out of state and one of my relatives would look at a particular property for me since they live in NJ not too far from the property. I told her I’m just interested in looking at the property, of course if there’s interest I could provide any documents. She kept repeating herself about coming in a showing proof of funds. I never heard of this practice. I’ve been actively looking at properties for over a year in both NJ and NY. Anyway, this rude person ended up hanging up on me. If this is how they treat potential buyers, then I rather give my commission to someone else that’s more professional and...

My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving from Denver, CO to NJ (where we are from) and due to COVID we haven’t been able to fly back to look at different rentals. Viviana was incredibly helpful throughout this process! We were able to find an amazing apartment in the area we were looking to rent in and she was more than helpful with accommodating times/days so my mom could go in person to FaceTime me at the same time. Once we let her know we wanted to move forward with the apartment, she was helpful with our move in date, laying out exactly what is needed, answered any and all questions we had regarding the lease agreement, and was SUPER responsive even though it was a holiday weekend.
