If I could give zero stars I would. I was planning an event here with another individual. I was the primary contact person with the place and we scheduled for a date and time. They were poor when it came to service. I always had to reach out to them about receiving updates on their part. They were not enthusiastic about moving forward clearly since I was always the one taking initiative. They put our event in the calendar and said they were free. We stopped moving forward with other places since we were in the final process with Vintage, which was a huge mistake. They screwed us over and informed the other individual that they double booked us even though I had them check on numerous occassions. I found it not only super unprofessional that they waited until too late to inform us of this double booking, but also because they called the just other individual, not myself as well as the primary contact. I would have expected at least a call for apology as I expressed this was a very important event. They were unprofessional and since waiting until the last minute, our event can no longer book another venue with the same price point. While I never experienced an event here and cannot justify how good or bad it would have been, given my experience with planning this event, one can trust I wouldn't make the mistake of...

Food is fair, ambiance not so good. When you order something, make sure you ask if it will be made the same as described on the menu.

I was told that the item I ordered was only for the restaurant and not the express. The problem is, the restaurant doesn't exist anymore!

The item I ordered came with cheese but when I received it, there was no cheese. I called back and asked what happened to the cheese and she told me that, some people are allergic to cheese so they don't include it unless you ask . WELL .. TAKE IT OFF THE MENU THEN . It's ridiculous that you would have something on the menu with cheese but not create it the way u have it on the menu unless you specifically asked for it that way... Well, sweetie.. You're catering to the wrong people... I wanted it the way it was on the menu, not the way you sell it to lactose intolerant people who are susceptible of chicken pox and prostate cancer .

This place was once very good. Not so much anymore, it has gone downhill and I'd never order from this trash again.

By the way, when you answer the phone, don't say, "hello" like you're surprised to hear from a stranger. Answer the phone like you're running a business so the person on the other end knows they are speaking to a business and not a...

These good folks catered a farewell luncheon for my co-worker. The order was placed last minute (I'm talking an hour). But it wasn't a problem for Vintage. We picked up the order, which served about 12 people. And, wow! Cheese raviolis were outrageous. Seriously. You've got to have those, and pick anything else you want. You will be happy. There were no leftovers! The fresh garden salad was actually fresh cut. The juices were still bursting in my mouth. I'd say the ziti was okay. It's not a sit-down eatery anymore, so the picture on Google is not what you see when you walk inside. But please don't be thrown by that. They are the real deal Italian Faire. If you want aesthetics there are places you can go for that. But if you want banging flavor you can take out to enjoy with friends or family, these folks will give it to you. I'm thinking New Years and Super Bowl type...
