Von Hanson's Meats — Local services in Rosemount

I have purchased dog treats from Von Hanson's in the past when the majority of the stores carried the smoked beef tendons. Recently all stores but the one in Monticello have discontinued making these treats. I got in contact with one of the owners of the company and he personally made a bag full of these treats and delivered them to the store most convenient for me to pick up! I don't know of many businesses that would be willing to personally prepare and deliver an item that has been discontinued. Very disappointed in Von Hansons today. We ordered 3 lbs of hamburger and only got 2lb. Paid for 3lb. Got home realized we were missing a lb. Called VH n the gentlemen said we'd like to give you an Extra Lb. And some seasoning. I said great I'll be over. Go back through the drive through as instructed and they'll take care of it. Working on getting better with cooking larger pieces of meat on my Traeger grill. I asked them about using a chuck roast to practice on; their advice on this 3" thick, 3.75 lbs beauty was amazing!
