She located rhe number of boxes needed, drove to 2 additional locations to secure them, covered them with plastic bags to prevent rain damage during transport and brought them to this location for me. In addition, she was able to save me $20 off the total cost due to the number of boxes I purchased. All of this with an unfailing smile and pleasant demeanor.
