Angelina, was exceptional and went "above & beyond" to assist me with locating and purchasing multiple file boxes! She located rhe number of boxes needed, drove to 2 additional locations to secure them, covered them with plastic bags to prevent rain damage during transport and brought them to this location for me. In addition, she was able to save me $20 off the total cost due to the number of boxes I purchased. All of this with an unfailing smile and pleasant demeanor. Public Storage should: a) give her a raise (b) promote her to a training position for their Customer Service personnel.
