On Jan. 31st I came here to buy braiding hair. Which I purchased. After purchasing the hair, I came back to buy two nose rings from the older man. We held a conversation about my appointment and how I would be late, wish him a happy new year. I sat my hair down and left the store without it. I went to my hair appointment in the Galleria area (40 minutes away) then realizing that I left the hair. I called the store to see if they had it and they did. I let them know I would try and come back to get it that day but may be the next day. Came back today (01/01/22). He handed the bag back, and I asked for a refund, but he said no. He had other customers behind me, and I let them go before continuing the speak to him. He then would not let me get a word out. I asked is there no way I can get a refund, he said no ma’am. After realizing this, I was content with not getting the refund, but wanted to let him know how bad of customer service he was giving. He did not allow me to speak at all. Over talked me said “how long are you going to talk” “I’m not doing this anymore” etc. I am person very big on customer service. I talked about this place before because the prices were so good, but because of how terrible the customer service is, I will not shop here ever again. no matter how good your prices are, the service itself will drive people away. Now remind you all I never talk with the owner about this case . Why because the manager Erica want give me the boss number for me to know the reason. I was there always on time I be there even when the manager hasn't made it yet. The boss and I had great communication I just wonder why he haven't call me nor told me. If they was looking on the camera they would have seen the manager taking from them it wasn't me it was the manager. She don't like me so I figure she set me up to get rid of me. I still haven't heard from my boss about this matter. I am a mother of 6 and a grandmother of 10 a single parent of them all.
