Louisiana Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Rosenberg

Very bad customer service. Half the time the cashier at the drive through is confused what order the customer is giving and don’t know the difference between their basic combos. They didn’t even give us mashed potatoes even after charging us for it and did not give us the special sauce either. The cashier tried to charge us 50 cents when we went back to get the sauce and mashed potatoes and said that he’ll have to do 10 push-ups to give out a sauce for free to a customer?!?!? What?? Are you kidding me? Don’t be in a business where you can’t provide customer satisfaction! And most importantly the food, I tried one bite and fed it to my dog. Chicken was dry as heck, and not edible at all. Don’t waste your money...

Well I went to the scholarship to go get the food for my family had a meeting to go to something quick as I proceeded to get the wings and fries and thigh and drumsticks I looked at the wing still partially not cooked all the way I talked to the manager she to replace the meal and she did the meat was still pink they need to start keeping their timer on their meat because if not it's going to make somebody sick I will not come back to that place and to those out there to go and get that food make sure you check your meat before you eat...

Shrimp were very good, so was the fish and fried okra. Chicken and rice dishes were pretty good too. Sauce was awesome The fries and rolls were ok. HUGE PORTIONS! Place was pretty clean, rest room was clean. The staff though they were very nice, we’re not very professional. Not very busy, after my wife and I got our food and we’re eating, a couple of the staff were tussling with each other so vigorously my wife thought they were actually fighting. But they were just goofing around and were very nice...
