I was less than satisfied because I called to let the store know they forgot a bean burrito, and the guy who answered was very nice and able to tell me he can quickly remake that item. However the bean burrito wasn't my item it was my wifes.. I asked if i could get 1 of the nachos i ordered remade since that was the item i was eating and since i had to make the drive back to the store my food would have been cold when i come back home.
He said "let me pass you off to our manager "
As I talked to the manager I explained that I did not want to eat my aardvark nachos cold and if it meant getting the burrito for my wife than I'd have to eat my meal cold later when I get back home after driving back. Let's just say the manager did not actually care and gave a hymm & and a hawwh about my order.
I don't need to explain as the customer if something is forgotten and I'm inconvienced. It should just be assumed that maybe for the inconvenience you provide something instead of attitude. ANYTHING....
When I finally made my way back up and got my burrito I asked to speak with the manager and as I got 2 words out of my mouth I was interrupted by him and basically passed off... I hate more than anything when I'm mid sentence and I get interrupted as if I did something wrong or had to be explained more about something that hasn't even been discussed yet.
I drive to this Taco Bell because of my history with the store working here for years a decade ago, but obviously the service and compassion for guest doesn't exist. I live closer to the 12 and Hayes store and will NEVER be back in this store ever again.
It was ONLY WHEN I was upset at the speaker before I got to the window where I was offered something as if we couldn't have discussed it on the phone and made this situation never happen in the first place...
Maybe next time for a coaching experience you ask the guest "what would work best" and figure out if what they are asking for seems reasonable... because next time I'm missing items at any Taco Bell I'm just going to return and refund everything to avoid feeling like a hassle guest...

Read moreEvery time we visit this location, the service is the slowest ever. This last visit I got out of the drive thru line because it wasn't moving and came inside. I was greeted by a full lobby of people waiting but no worker. After standing at the counter for 20 minutes and talking to other patrons about how they'd been waiting up to 40 minutes, I asked the girl behind the counter how much longer for my mobile order. She told me that since I wasn't checked in, my order wasn't in progress. Perhaps if she would have acknowledged me verbally when I walked in or tried to make eye contact, instead of just looking at me and then going back to her earbud phone call cussing about a man that doesn't deserve anyone's time, I wouldn't have wasted so much time. This phone call started before I came in and lasted at least as long as I was in the lobby waiting for my food, so 40 minutes?
Time would have still been wasted because the 3 guys behind the counter are preparing orders like every 10th item bagged gets a finger cut off. Either there is no manager on shift to keep people and orders moving or the manager cares as little as the employees.
If you are reading this before ordering, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION!!

The sides of cheese had such a small amount I could see the bottom of the ramekin and it was cold. Im assuming it was cold when dispensed. We went back inside to get the accurate amount of cheese (at least cover the bottom of the ccontainer) and the manager working yelled from the back of the store "NO NO THATS A PORTION IF THEY WANT MORE THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR MORE" THEN gave us the same sides back. The cheese on the grilled cheese burrito was burned and off the side so the soft shell burned too. There was barely any meat on anything but loads and loads of lettuce and fiesta strips. When I order food im not expecting to still be hungry but here I am. I had more shell than anything which went to the dog. Listen, if you hate your job that much find something else that you at least hate a little less so you dont yell at customers for asking for what they paid for. -5 stars. I feel like they work for the bad reviews so they get fewer customers on purpose at thus location. You cant get paid to do nothing. Just a rude store with nasty management.
