First time here for breakfast with my friends on a Sunday afternoon. Busy with business had to wait no big deal which meant good things about business here but the guy who helped us said he would take our name and number down and call when table was ready we'll good thing we paid attention to the time cause by the time we went back inside to check tables were open and he seemed to forget who we were for a moment..so not sure if other people got sat before us as we were out waiting in the car. He didn't seem like he spoke very good English so he struggled some engaging with us. May need more servers to help or help within the kitchen cooking as due to it being busy we had to wait quite some time..and for the server to come to our table at first to welcome us.Once we did receive our food everything was delicious! Our server was nice as well but would of gotten better service and she would of been more attentive to us if wasn't as busy. Definitely will be back as it's close to home, great food & get good size portions of food as well to...
Read moreI chose to try it today based on the such high reviews I saw, I was definitely disappointed. It must be family members writing the reviews or guests who are more up there in age. Waited 15-20 mins for a booth which was totally fine! BUT I see literally 2 booths available already…right. Anyways once seated the host picks up a dirty plate right before we sat down, who knows if the table was even wiped off tbh. A party a 4 was given their waters but we didn’t, felt totally ignored here. Had the French toast meal that came with a choice of breakfast meat, hash browns, and eggs. As a person who’s never been picky; this was pretty bad for a basic breakfast. French toast was so hard I could hit somebody in the head with it and do damage. My bf enjoyed the gyro sandwich and we split a breakfast burrito which was decent. But I will say I won’t be coming back to spend almost $50 on a meal here. Only best experience I can say I had was our waitress. Very attentive and gave a small discount without having an attitude. If you want flavor it’s not...
Read moreAre you searching for that restaurant where everyone knows your name, not only because the staff is attentive but because the food is so good and reasonably priced you go there often enough for them to know who you are and what you like? Well look no further, because Hamil Brunch and Grill is going to be your home away from home. My husband and I have been here four times now and it just gets better every time. The food is so good, the portions are huge, the prices are reasonable (not least of all because you can take half of it home for a second meal), and the servers are so attentive and kind.
As for the specific items we’ve tried, my husband has gotten the veggie skillet twice, and also tried the chicken Philly sandwich and the fish sandwich along with fries. I have gotten the Mexican skillet, Greek chicken, pepper steak, and a Greek salad. We’ve had the saganaki, fried mozzarella sticks, and a homemade brownie. Every item was so flavorful - you can taste the love the chef puts into it.
