Mark's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Roseville

My family and I recently stopped in here to find an ornament to gift for Christmas, we’ve shopped here before and hadn’t had negative experiences, however it was very different today. My family were followed, harassed by the two women employees and subjected to passive aggressive comments from them. My son was with us, he’s 19 months and was not allowed to freely roam the store and was supervised by all adults present however, it was very obvious these women were judging my son and apparently my parenting as they did not subject the other family with small children to the same treatment. We will not be coming back to this store again and warn all families with young children to avoid...

I went to this store to finish up my search for ornaments my girlfriend had sent me in search of. several at Mark's other store in the mall. Terry was a lifesaver and when I was there I had my girlfriend on speaker and come to find out they both knew each other from being Hallmark members for several years. But Terry went out of her way to not only help us with finding ornaments we had been in search of but also with putting our name on a list for ornaments that weren't in yet. I will be seeing Terry again...
