The place is surprisingly small but very comfy! It's like your average buffet during dinner time, all you can eat, but basically they have a great assortment of chicken pork beef or lamb, noodles, vegetables, and sauces that you throw together in a bowl that you then take up to this cool circular grill that the guy pours your bowl out on and cooks. It's really cool to watch him do it actually. The quality of the food is pretty good, if you want to taste the sauce though make sure you load up on it. But during dinner it's an all you can eat buffet and during lunch you pay per bowl, and at that rate you're better off just coming during dinner. However service was very friendly and it was not only a dinner but an experience as well. Thank you guys!

Very well priced. When I came in, it was indeed clean inside. For lunch, it is a 1 bowl only but it seems like the bowl was nice and deep. It fit more food than other locations I’ve tried. The flavors are all there. However, the cook at the time really put extra water and didn’t let it render all the way out. So at the bottom of the bowl I had a lot of water/juice instead of just the flavors I added in. He offered some garlic powder before cooking which was a nice touch too. I would come back again. It was clean, service was friendly, and give you rice and a fried wonton as part of the dine in service. I did see that they had a lot of to go orders called in so I believe less people for dine in and more to-go.

First time trying this Mongolian BBQ and I have to say theirs some good points and bad. I liked that you had to wear gloves ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I didn’t like the cleanliness of this restaurant there was a lot of food on the ground, I kept stepping on veggies and meat on the ground somebody was coming around to clean off the top/table portion but failed to come back to clean anything off the ground I did like the idea of a variety of items to choose from however all the sauces seemed to be all watered down even after adding garlic powder the food was tasteless. Thankfully the prices was reasonable. The staff seemed unprofessional and acted annoyed when another customer needed assistance.

Pretty disappointed in today’s order. We have come here off/on for the past two years. You do have to overlook the rather dirty/run down interior. I honestly sometimes question how the health dept hasn’t enforced more stringent cleanliness? Some staff are super nice while others, not so much. Today wasn’t about the staff or restaurant but rather them adding an ingredient to my take out order that I definitely did NOT ask for, nor has it ever been in any of my past take out orders. That ingredient is cilantro. I’m one of those people who cannot STAND cilantro. It is overpowering and makes me gag. At first I thought one stray piece made it’s way into my meal but nope. Bite after bite I kept getting cilantro. Needless to say, I was quite unhappy. I couldn’t eat it. I tried to pick out what I could, but not cool to add an ingredient that wasn’t asked for. I have NEVER had cilantro in ANY dish I got from here in the past, so not sure what happened. I have been trying to call but I get a Verizon message stating my call cannot be completed as the party is “busy” and to try back later. Hopefully someone in charge there actually reads this. May not seem like a big deal to all you cilantro lovers out there, but this is one herb I absolutely cannot tolerate. Very disappointed.

112/2/21 UPDATE: since this last incident we decided to give it one more go but ate there in person. The two men doing the cooking literally mixed my and my boyfriends ingredients together. My boyfriend has taste/food sensory issues and somehow a good half of my carrots made it into his bowl. Now I understand how cilantro ended up in my take out! They don’t care. They half hazardly cook, clearly not caring about what ingredients they end up putting into the wrong bowl. They were laughing and joking and it made us wonder if they do this stuff on purpose. If you want really good Mongolian, go hit up Sizzle out in Rocklin. Well...

After my visit today, I felt I HAD to leave a review. The staff's effort was simply outstanding. I arrived at around 3:15 which should have been between the lunch and dinner rushes, but it was still crazy busy. It looked like the hostess was just clocking in when I got there. She welcomed me in and directed me where to go. While I was preparing my bowl, she jumped off the register and began preparing takeout orders. By the time I had finished making my bowl, she had put together at least six takeout orders, carefully and politely weaving between the 3 customers who were getting their food. There were two chefs working, and they were putting together at least 12 orders between the in-store customers and takeouts. Despite the heavy workload, they were still remarkably efficient. I was 4th in line when I got there, and I still waited only 7 or 8 minutes to get my food. When I got to my table, the same hostess who was welcoming customers and making takeouts was also setting my table for me, which included rice, fried chips, potstickers, soup, 2 bowls of sauce and a glass of water. She asked if there was anything else I needed, then jumped back to the front to welcome in another wave of customers. There was another server who was waiting on several tables while she also prepared the sides for takeout orders. By the time I left, I was super impressed by their combined effort. They handled what had to be an incredibly stressful rush while remaining friendly, and also following safety protocols (they all wore masks, gloves, etc.).

Oh, and of course, the food was delicious as always, but that really depends on how good you make...

My friend and I came around 7pm today. When it was 7:45pm they warned us all that we had 15 minutes left (didn't know they close at 8:00m) they told us if we getting a second plate we will have to take it to go(which they allow). My friend finished his 1st plate while I'm almost done with mine. He went for second just to get it to go so he asked for a to go box one lady agree no problem. Before I even grab my second plate I asked the cooker if he still able to cook which he said no problem. When I ask for the same treatment for a to go box one of the lady that gave a to go box to my friend did not like it. I tipped the cooker for his long day of work as I know it's about to close shortly knowing I could finish the second plate but won't have time to. The cooker asked the same lady that gave my friend his to go box to also give me a to go box but she gave him a attitude. So, I decided to best ask the other lady behind the counter doing the dishes. Turns out she try to make an excuse for me to only finish my 2nd plate while I knew better I told her my buddy has his to go box so why couldn't I? She didn't knew about that part so she called the other lady and told us both they aren't allow to do that last minute seemingly but she say she'll let it "slide" one time only. It was awkward and I hated how they aren't communicating well. This is a popular restaurant in this area doesn't seem to respect it's customers nor each others. I may have to come talk to a manger there shortly to get things sort it out as I don't want this to happen to...
