On December 27th, my friends and I decided to come here. This had been some of our first times so we were really excited to try something new! As we got seated our waitress (blonde, had a ponytail, glasses, probably in her 20's) was a bit cold, didn't even introduce herself, but we thought nothing of it. As we placed our orders we waited about 30 mins if not more for our food when our orders finally came. All our orders were right except my friends. She had ordered boneless wings, but was brought wings with bones. My friend tells our waitress as kindly as possible because she didn't want to be a hassle, but it wasn't the food she ordered. So she tells the waitress it was the wrong order and the waitress doesn't even apologize, she just says "well it'll be 15 minutes or so". So she waits the time and finally she gets her meal, but once again, the meal is wrong. The waitress had given her the wrong flavors. My friend didn't want to say something and was just not going to eat, but she was already going to be paying for it so we all thought that wasn't okay. So once again we tell the waitress and she has an ATTITUDE. She goes on to say that she did everything right, snapping at my friend while saying it. But clearly it wasn't right if it wasn't what was ordered. So my friend is fed up, but stays kind and respectful even though she is given attitude by the waitress. My friends kindly asks her if she can just get it taken off her tab and the waitress snaps and says "cool" and walks away. Feeling disrespected, me and my friend muster up the courage to go talk to a manager. We were absolutely shocked this even happened, we have never had such terrible service. We talk to the manager (probably 40-50 years old) and the manager doesn't even seem like he wanted to talk to us. He takes us to the side of the restaurant where there is no customers... he asks us what happened and we tell him everything. He clearly doesn't care nor is sympathetic. He just quickly defends the waitress saying she has been working since 12 pm and is the only server which is why she was probably upset. He then goes to say it will be taken off her tab and that they will do something for my friend. That is all. I get the waitress has been working a late night, but that is NO reason to be treating customers like that. That is NOT our fault those shifts are being worked. We all work late nights at our jobs too so we understand the frustration of being the only ones when it's busy, but never have we ever treated customers terribly. I will NOT be returning to this location ever again. This was my first time here and will be my last. The service is terrible not to mention even the manager!! Will be sure to tell everyone I know who eats here about my experience. (my friend also ended up just getting her meal taken off and they never did anything extra for her as promised). We all wrote surveys and now I'm posting this here because if you want a nice place to eat at then this place isn't the place. Go somewhere...
Read moreOn 12/28/24 we went to the Roseville Galleria location for lunch. We had been to this location before and no issues.
We got there shortly after they opened around 11:15am. They were not busy and hardly anyone was in the resturant as they just opened. We were sat at a table that was disgusting. It was sticky, there was a straw wrapper left on the table. Under the table wad super gross. They did not vacuum/sweep under the table. There wad trash and food debris on the floor under the table. Now this would be a little more understandable if they were busy but this was right after they opened. This should have been cleaned prior to opening. We were in a booth next to a window and the window sill had food debris etc on it. It was so disgusting.
We asked someone to come over and wipe down the table since it was so gross. We ended up Orting their hatched quest dip and when it arrived it was watery and nasty looking. It didn't taste very good and we have ordered this in the past and it did not taste how it normally does.
The hostess was sitting down a couple booths away from us and was not really doing much. The manager was talking with them about their gift card promotion and she was kinda arguing with the manager about when to give a $5 gift card.
Our server asked her if she was on break a couple of times and he was trying to get her to help with the people at the door and setting up a large party. Her behavior was unprofessional and lazy.
Despite the gross disgusting atmosphere our server was great. He was nice, helpful and attentive.
I don't think we will be going back to this location though due to how disgusting the resturant was. If the dinning area looks like it did I can only imagine the kitchen is worse.
I gave it two stars because our server was nice and attentive and the entrees were good. If I base the rating on the cleanliness of the store and the appetizer I would rate it zero stars and it was horrible and super nasty...
Read moreOur experience was horrible... The waitress was very nice and cheery but a bit slow. Upon arrival we were told that they were out of our drink order so we brushed it off. When going to order the Tuesday night buy one get one free boneless wings, we were told that they were out of those as well at 7 in the evening. When we asked if they would extend the promotion to the traditional wings, we we're quoted that they would not because it would be to expensive for the store. This would have been a $3 loss for them off of menu price. Once we get our full order in for traditional wings, they came back and told us that one of the sauces we ordered was out. When we were talking with the waitress, she told us that the second level manager that could approve any financial changes on the check was out getting ranch dressing because they were out of that as well, so nothing at all was comped on our check for the entire evening of problems. We were told that many other customers were walking out because of this. I gave this a 2 star because the food was delicious.
Update: months later forgetting our last experience, we came back for take out at mother in law's birthday request and our food was 45 min late, cold and even had less wings in the box than it was labeled as. In the time standing in the lobby the hostess was incredibly rude and we literally watched other pickup orders with 30 min later pickup time get their food first and walk in customers get seated and served before we got ours. The manager would not comp anything and only offered food credit. We ended up just handing it back and asking for a complete refund which they did without question or hesitation or apology.
