I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my daughter's birthday with my family at the Roseville Red Robin on 2/17, and I felt compelled to share the outstanding experience we had, particularly due to the exceptional service provided by our server, Wan.
From the moment we were seated, Wan's professionalism, politeness, and patience were evident. In fact, I can confidently say that his service was the best I have encountered in a restaurant in over a decade. Wan's attention to detail and genuine care for our dining experience truly set him apart.

Immediate Engagement: Wan ensured the children were engaged and happy by providing them with fries right after we were seated.
Creative Entertainment: The children were delighted when Wan showcased his artistic talents by drawing cartoon characters on balloons, adding a personalized and entertaining touch to our celebration.
Thoughtful Birthday Gesture: Wan surprised us by bringing a special birthday dessert for my daughter, displaying his attentiveness to our celebration. He even provided mini desserts for the other children, making the experience extra special.
Order Accuracy Check: After taking our food order, Wan went the extra mile by double-checking the entire order to ensure accuracy, showcasing his commitment to top-notch service.
Proactive Refills: Wan consistently provided refills for our drinks without us having to ask, demonstrating his proactive and attentive approach.

Read moreThe Galleria Red Robin was at one point my families preferred sit down restaurant. (the endless fries with Red Robin seasoning was what originally got us hooked on Red Robin..) Our family would visit this specific location roughly every other month. We actually stopped going to this location at one point however. For some reason, both the food and service started becoming pretty poor at this location. Our previous experiences also started feeling as if the staff was always trying to rush us out the door from start to finish of our visits.. At one point a busboy started bussing our table before we were even finished eating.. It got pretty bad, to say the least.
On 07-14-25 we were hungry after a long day at the Waterpark. So, afterwards we decided to give Red Robin another try. Evan was our server and Daphne was the manager on duty. The food was actually amazing tonight, just like it used to be. I got the "keep it simple" burger, my wife ordered the chicken salad and my children ordered a chicken sandwich and chicken wrap. We were given fresh orders of hot fries before our food arrived. Our drinks and fries were kept refilled by our server Evan and our main order came hot in a timely manor. All of which are very important to us and one reason why we loved Red Robin so much.
The manager tonight, Daphne, also checked on us to make sure everything was alright. Her double checking to make sure everything was going well was very much appreciated!

Read moreBeyond horrible experience, and the "general manager" Natasha only made it worse. Wife and I ordered 2 burgers that were supposed to have guac on them, when the burgers came out we didn't notice any guac so we notified the server. He took them back and five min later brings back the same burgers, with no guac, they looked identical. We again say there's no guac on them and the reply was "I thought you didn't want guac" and proceeds to tell us that there was guac the first time it was just so thinly spread that we didn't see it.....Through out the whole order my wife and I are trying to be understanding and civil, after all misunderstandings happen. However, the next person that approaches us has 2 sides of guac in those plastic containers, hands me a knife and tells us that we need to spread the guac on the burgers ourselves...burgers are cold and now they want us to put the guac ourselves. I tell the server that we aren't going to do that and that we would like to leave. Then the general manager Natasha comes up and we tell her the situation and that we would like to just leave at this point, instead of owning up to the mistake, she tells us that we are the ones that need to leave. 4 different people, 4 of the same exact mistakes and the general manager instead of trying to mend the situation tells us we need to leave.....I honestly can't...
