Bober Tea and Coffee — Restaurant in Roseville

Food: We ordered the Pineapple Green Tea, Matcha Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Chizu Strawberry Green Tea, and a Signature Milk Tea. All were good with the exception of the Pineapple Tea. My daughter couldn't finish it so we ended up tossing it. She said it tasted like perfume mixed with feet. Took a pic of how much she tried to stomach for reference.

Service: We asked for a replacement for the Pineapple Tea, but their policy doesn't allow for redo's. With that in mind, play it safe with flavors. Orders are placed by two screens located on the wall near the entrance.

Atmosphere: They play good background music and decorated the place nicely. A little small inside, but they have two tables and a bar with a few chairs as well. So you can stay and relax, but if it's busy you'll have to grab and go or it's shoulder to shoulder.

Overall, not a bad place but we'll stick to Kultura down the street. Better drinks, amazing customer service, and they'll give you a sample of something if you're unsure. Plus they have food and smoothies on top of boba's and teas! Bober is great for a selfie if that's what you're after, but I feel like customer satisfaction isn't...

Horrible and disappointing service. I would never come back. this is probably my first bad review ever But The experience was so horrible that I think everyone should know where they’re spending their money at . I wanted to get a cup of water for my dog and a pup cup and I was willing to pay whatever the pub cup costs. But the girl behind the counter first tells me they don’t have water then she tells me she doesn’t have the cup to give my dog water and then when she gives me small cup of water, which she could’ve done from the beginning, It was with a horrible attitude. It’s not like they were busy I was the first customer in. Then I asked for the pop cup, and I would’ve paid, But she said they have whipped cream, but she cannot sell it separately or she couldn’t even put some whip cream and give it to a small dog. I understand there is protocol, but you have to understand. Customer service too. I would’ve paid for something else and get the whipped cream on top, but she wouldn’t even do that. Let me start off by saying that I LOVE the Bober Tea in Folsom, so I was excited to see a location open up closer to home. I wish I had paid more attention to the cleanliness of the store before ordering. Every table was filthy and the floor was covered in debris and dried drinks that nobody bothered to clean up. The iconic pink chairs were brown around the edges and the seats were covered in tattered plastic. That made me a little hesitant to eat there, but I decided to not cancel my order. I got a Vietnamese coffee and a bulgogi and egg sandwich. The coffee is what I would expect from Bober which is the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars. The sandwich was dead cold... not out of the fridge cold, but like it had been taken out of the fridge and left on the counter for a while cold. I ate a few bites and ended up throwing it out because temp-wise this was in the "danger zone" and I worried about food poisoning. I'll never be going back to this location. It's just...
