Got a short cat eye acrylic set. They charged me $55 when on their website it says $30 for acrylics plus $10 for gel and was told the cat eye was an extra $7. They gave me the wrong color cat eye (it looks nice but was not the color I wanted) I asked if it was the right one and it was the number I asked for. The display is messed up so number don’t correctly correspond with the actual polish. Also noticed the tools are all dirty and being reused with out being cleaned. When filling the lady was super rough and it hurt quite a lot. Edit: I most certainly was not informed about the price other then how much the cat eye gel was. The nail drill tools were still covered in nail dust from the previous client, the 4 sided bigger was falling apart as it has been used so many times and the station was just dusted off between people as I got there while there was another client at...

Don't waste your money. I went today to get a full set/gel. The man didn't do any cuticle care. I needed my cuticles pushed back and the sides cleaned up during nail prep like they're supposed to. Didn't have me wash my hands of the debris from filing before painting. During the painting process he didn't paint the sides of my nails or the tips. Sloppy and chunky job. I corrected him on the sides and painting the whole nail and it still turned out terrible. $45 for complete trash that I'll have to pay to get fixed because I'm not confident to even go back for them to be fixed by someone else. These are the worst nails I've ever had. Let me also add, that it's completely shady that they only take CASH on sundays. My friend went 2 weeks ago for a full set of gel and hers were only $35. Went there 8/13 for a fill. The male tech was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t paint my entire nail and when I asked if he could add another coat very nicely his response was “Oh My God”. So naturally I was uncomfortable, I explained that I would prefer he not be so aggressive as he tried to snatch my hand and once I said that he jumped up while kids were sitting there and yelled “I don’t need this shit” and stormed away. Seems like this is typically behavior once I read the reviews before posting my experience.

I asked for a pricing and service list as it seemed very high to be charged 35 with regular paint- after multiple staff said 35 they eventually said it would be 25.
