Subway — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

All I have to say is health department! It's dirty in there. I went in here prior to last night and it was a great experience with a older lady and young guy but my experience last night with the two young female workers was not adequate and to my standards for any food establishment. There were flies and nats everywhere flying on the food. I told the young female there was nats (x2) on the food, she did not respond. She didn't look at me and was very disrespectful (young girl curly hair with a nose piercing) she needs to be taught better customer service skills ( I dont know how you all (Subway) doyour hiring but do better!). Her mannerisms were horrible. She had no sign of respect. You don't make it in life with that type of attitude (everyone has bad days but she needs to be taught to leave her attitude and her personal life at the door when she comes to work). It’s pretty bad when you walk in and ask how the person (Noah??) is doing they don’t even make eye contact at you… let alone, speak with their head down which makes it difficult to hear them. If you’re having a bad day, I get it, but damn. Go home or something! You are customer-facing. It doesn’t take much to smile and say hello.

Asked for one of the subs to be toasted twice. Said it twice actually and it wasn’t done. I doubt that’s a difficult ask. After interacting with this individual, I wasn’t going to fight it. It wasn’t worth my time or energy.

Then I watched a female employee come in after smoking out front, didn’t wash her hands and then put 2-3 pans of bread into the oven. That’s just gross. Then put gloves on and assisted with the line.

Very disappointed. A few young girls working tonight & very disrespectful to the costumers. Getting very smart by saying we don't have any of this & we are only taking cards, basically trying to get rid of the costumers because they didn't want to deal with it this late but they are supposed to be open till 9pm. I don't understand how you can have such an attitude for no reason. The elderly couple in front of me were being so patient but those girls kept getting smart mouth & disrespectful. Just had to walk out tonight Subway lost at least $40 & another costumer walked out right behind me. Respect your elders doesn't even exist anymore it's so sad how the world...
