KFC — Restaurant in Rostraver Township

The workers close the lobby early, by more than an hour before they're supposed to. They place upside down all of the chairs, no more self-serve fountain drinks long before closing the lobby. Some of the managers, at least one cashier and several teens or in their 20's that supposedly do some work there are very non caring about the quality of the food, have given out old food sitting or left behind by other customers as the order was also all wrong. The chicken was hardening, the regular order recipe that wasn't ordered was falling off and dark, soggy as though it had been placed in water. The teens or 20 year old so called work employees were laughing about the order. The biscuits were hard as a rock, supposed to be 6 in the order but was only 4. The sides were not very well either. They failed to remake the sides when they were supposedly making a new order, which was not ready after a very long wait, the side orders were getting cold. The teens kept laughing then speaking about punching someone in the face loudly. A female with folded arms was standing by the cash register doing nothing after a manager gave a refund. Another visit a female worker was speaking sarcastically to customers after staring nastily at customers coming in. She didn't want anyone to eat inside, about an hour and a half before the lobby closing time. She dragged her words sarcastically to customers about if they were going to eat in or take out. When $20 an hour comes for employees, ones as these will cause businesses to simply shut down. $15 an hour with employees as the more than one manager allowing this could only cause more problems. A manager slamming doors continually coming in and out often of the business is a nuisance if eating there. They need to fix issues there as these, customers simply bringing their family will cease if this continues. A manager on July 3rd seemed very upset at customers, and didn't seem to care.

Constant window washing and mopping a closed down inside area, lobby does nothing for the customers trying to eat in.

They give old food to customers, make excuses for bad service. The crispy pieces aren't crispy but soggy as if they were sitting for a very long time.

GO TO ANOTHER RESTAURANT - TRY A&W WALKING DISTANCE FROM THERE! Or Try Wendy's a few buildings away...

First issue, the app and website keep resetting while I'm trying to place my order and even while I'm leaving this review. Which is now going to get copied and pasted in case of another meltdown. My order which was supposed to be the Meal for Two Sandwiches and 4 tenders: 2 Spicy Chicken sandwiches, 4 tenders, kfc and comeback sauce, fries, mashed potatoes and gravy, Starry and Dr. Pepper with cream. It got reset to 2 classics, mac'n cheese, 2 pepsi's.

2nd issue, what's the KFC policy regarding locking the door? My boyfriend was attempting to pick up our order when chickadee locked the door.

3rd issue and this is one I stress to the staff at the restaurant I work at. Why wasn't the order double checked? Got the 2 sandwiches, the kfc and comeback sauces, the fries, the mac'n cheese, 2 pepsi's with straws. Where are my chicken tenders? Or how about a fork for the mac'n cheese? Here I am about to eat it with my fingers since I'm finally hungry 7 hours after clocking out. How about a napkin for the big child who wanted me happily fed and not biting his head off? First, I would like to state that no offense to our server, but she is very very not attentive about her job. She allowed for people to stand in front of the counter for 35 minutes. Literally, her friends were just hanging out with her, distracting her from her job for over a half hour, when there was multiple people in line, everybody thought they were ordering food instead they were on their phones and laughing and having fun while customers are just waiting to order. I've never been in a KFC that long. It was just a weird feeling like, why are there 4 people standing in front of the counter hanging out with the servers on the clock while I wait there for 35 minutes to order food is supposed to be get in get out, I was about to leave, and then a miracle happened, the server noticed there were people in line waiting to order, so she told her friends to go, sit down in the chairs, and she finally...
