Not as expected.. besides the multiple overcrowded bins of baby chics.. more hardware/domestic pet store items than "farm". The item in stock availability is very limited, and multiple prices tagged & advertised were incorrectly programmed into the system. Unfortunately, interactions (and lack of) with employees only contributed to a negative experience...

Received No achievement when we entered.. didn't even look up until I said "Hello!" whn leaving Watched while struggling w cart exchanging first w locked wheels backing up & around products bc aisle blocked w stock cart Ignored & Indirectly spoken to.. -by 1st employee after he scanned. bagged, then started unpacking our items -by 2nd employee as she started to re scan and re bag our items -by both employees as thy were scanning & I was trying to tell each one about wrong prices -by 2nd employee the second time I mentioned wrong prices -by both employees and manager as the talked to each other about my check out -by manager after I walked around to get & give him the tags w correct prices

HORRIBLE SERVICE.. Trying to buy BULK bird seed which is MARKED BULK SEED ON SALE… But there’s no seed out.. I asked the manager & he won’t OPEN A BAG & put the seed out.. saying the sale doesn’t start till tomorrow.. EVEN THE Sign saying SALE… . For a new store just opening & not selling stuff they have marked SALE 🤷‍♀️… I actually breed birds in this area.. I consider myself a good customer. & I won’t go back.. There’s other farm stores that have bird seed on sale… And would NEVER TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE THAT.. If there’s a sale sign up.. that means the seed is on sale…That store manager I guess he saved $1.00 by not putting the seed out he had marked ON SALE.. there was 1 1/2 hours till the store would close & the next day will start his sale… I guess this manager will put the...

I went to the Belle Vernon store today. The manager, Jerry, was absolutely horrible to deal with. This is the second time I’ve interacted with him, both time he’s been unpleasant. I tried to buy a 6’ box blade, he refused to allow it to be loaded in my truck because I would not REMOVE my tailgate entirely from my truck. It’s a 6’ blade, I have an 8’ bed.
