This is my first time writing a review so that tells you how unprofessional this experience was. I had purchased a wedding ring and band from them 5 years ago. Coming up on our 5 year anniversary so I wanted to get the matching band. I just got off the phone with Mr. Martin and I asked how to go about getting the same one ordered. He said you have to bring it in. I asked if they still had the info from my purchase and he says no. I said I have all the info (paperwork with description signed by him) and pictures is there any other way so it doesn't ruin the surprise. Very blunt and frustrated said you need to bring it in I can't see it. I said I'm on a fire in Arizona any way I could email you the pics and info. He proceeds to say I told you I need to see it (He's very frustrated at this point and I've only asked a couple questions). I said wow thanks for trying to help doesn't seem like you want my business. He says ok bye and hangs up. Wish I would have never given them business in first place!! It's seems more and more that businesses don't care about their customers these days and it blows me away how they stay in business. I would highly recommend going...

I read the reviews before I wrote mine and I understand the "1" rating. I think this has more to deal with technology then service. Mr. Martin is an older gentleman and the store is not like Zales, Jared or Kays. It's a locally owned business and they have their way of doing things. With that said, I went there to buy a nice watch. They didn't have one I wanted so I ordered one. I wasn't sure which to buy so they ordered to separate ones and allowed me to pick the one I wanted. They have provide excellent service. I recently had an issue with the band and they resolved it quickly and easy on my pocket. I can understand the frustration of the person who gave this store a 1, but I want to encourage local Roswell-aliens to give them a go. Get off Amazon, shop local and support...

This is a jewelry store with all the local charm and selection you need. The owners are a sweet couple that are willing to go the extra mile for anyone! This turtle is a beautiful price of silver and coral and lava infused that is just stunning! My wife is going to love this for Christmas! Thanks...
