I just worked with Matt to sync all my devices, email, and calendars, load and test all the functionality I wanted, and do an overall PC performance tune-up, and he was exceptional!! I have worked with many desktop support professionals over my 30 yrs working for tech companies and he is top 1%. He was extremely thorough, asking specific questions about my requirements and explaining the alternative options to ensure he was implementing best fit for my needs. He explained everything in detail and was very patient when I asked questions to understand, even the dumb ones.

He is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all compute and cloud technologies and new revisions of functionality. I have now used him twice for different requirements, and he has been wonderful both times. I will be using him for tech support needs in my new tech company.

If you need any type of individual or business technical support, I would definitely call Peachtree Computers and ask for Matt!!

February 12, 2022 - I took my laptop into Peachtree Computers and had incredible service. The technician was very friendly on the phone and told me to bring it in for a free analysis - many pc repair companies I called charge for analysis. He said they would be able to analyze it and get back to me that afternoon. Some companies were quoting 48 hr. chargeable analysis. He told me the cost to permanently fix it but was able to suggest a temporary repair with no cost associated with it. SADLY, THIS IS THE NEW PEACHTREE COMPUTERS, NOTHING LIKE IT WAS BEFORE

I recently had a very negative experience at Peachtree Computers in Roswell and strongly advise against using them for PC repair anymore. My recent experience with the owner was so appalling that it completely changed my opinion of Peachtree Computers.

During this transaction, the store manager repeatedly spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional manner. After their technician swapped drives in my laptop, an inexplicable issue with the laptop arose, and the manager quickly offered a refund to get rid of me after damaging my PC. He also used bullying tactics (raising his voice, talking over me, etc.), which I find appalling and inexcusable, particularly for the owner of Peachtree Computers.

This behavior was not a one-time occurrence. A former employee confirmed that the manager frequently makes demeaning and insulting remarks to both employees and customers. This former employee also witnessed the manager offering insincere apologies, as he did to me, as a way to excuse his unacceptable conduct. To his credit, he ultimately made things right.

My previous positive experience at Peachtree Computers around 2013 was entirely due to neither me, nor the highly competent tech working on my laptop, having any interaction with the store manager.

Even those with a thick skin like myself should avoid going to Peachtree Computers. There are too many other places with skilled techs to meet your PC...

My laptop suffered a catastrophic failure when I had 13 days left of grad school classes and was in the middle of an assignment. The gentlemen at Peachtree Computers diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered a new motherboard, and had it fixed within a week. When I plugged in my computer using the USB-C charger I was using when it died the first time, and the motherboard fried AGAIN (!!!!), Peachtree Computers worked with the vendor of the motherboard and were able to repair my computer again without any additional cost. They told me it was rare for a charger to cause the damage, but in this case they thought it was the problem, so they fixed it again and recycled the charger so it wouldn't happen to another device in the future.

All the staff members I worked with were consistently knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and compassionate. I was so impressed with their service, I had them extract data from an old Macbook that had been sitting around my house for nearly three years.

Their prices are reasonable, their service is top notch, and I will recommend them to anyone who is having computer trouble!
