overly high priced and expensive. I was charged $150 for one 16 X 20 canvas print with a no show frame that I could of gotten anywhere else for $40 or less. they originally tried to charge me over $800 for a set of 7 photos. I literally called them back after 15-20 minutes after leaving because i felt like i was robbed and had been taken advantage of to cancel the order and request a refund and they told me it was too late and they had already started the work which was a complete lie considering my order wasn't due to be ready for 3 weeks maybe more. Then they told me they will give 3 of 7 just because of the way everything went down. I waited 3 weeks for the photos to be completed and when I went to pick them up, there was only 1 photo done. I asked them about the other 2 and they acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Once I somewhat reminded them of the conversation they somewhat remember and handed a unfinished print saying this is it. I couldn't believe these guys. I wouldn't recommend anyone shopping here or using their services AT ALL. ...

We had spoken to the owners of Regency Fine Art several years ago and had discussed the possibility of their framing some of our Golf Memorabillia. We were a little hesitant in proceeding forward as we lived in the Palm Harbor Florida area and they are located in Georgia, however, upon the recommendation of others and speaking with Lester,we decided to proceed forward. The entire communication was via phone and email. When all was completed and the items were shipped to us, we were amazed at what they had created. They took our thoughts and ideas and made them come true. The frames are gorgeous! Their ideas created pieces that are envied by all that see them. My husband saw a framed photo from this Gallery at an auction held by his fraternity. He was outbid at the last minute so I found their information in order to purchase the item for my husband for Father's Day. The staff was amazing to work with and made sure I was able to get the item well in advance. Since I live out of state, they had to ship it to me. The item arrived broken due to an error on part of the shipping company. When I called the Gallery, they immediately replaced the framed photo with no questions asked! They didn't even require me to send back the damaged goods. The replacement arrived still before Father's Day. Now THAT is customer service. I am so impressed by their professionalism and their inventory. My husband was over the moon with his gift. I am thankful to Regency for an exceptional...
