Worst haircut I have ever experienced. Went in on Saturday (9/7/19) for a simple haircut with layers. I even took a picture with me to take any guesswork out of what I was asking for. She cut my hair, taking the liberty to cut off an EXTRA 3 INCHES. These are the choppiest, most uneven layers I have ever seen. When I got home, my husband and son hugged me immediately because they could tell I was unhappy. Cried for an hour, and thankfully cry a little less each day.
