In summary, my visit to this Subway restaurant was a letdown on nearly every front. What should have been a simple, enjoyable lunch turned into an exercise in patience and lowered expectations. As I walked in, I noticed they had switched to Pepsi. I thought, OK – no drinks today. Then I approached the counter, I was greeted by the sandwich artist. When I began to place my order, I was told that the Spicy BMT was no longer on the menu. I then requested roast beef sandwich & was met with a curt "We're out," I then asked if she could customize the new Italian sandwich by swapping the ham for turkey & was promptly told “NO”. At this point, I just left and went to a different establishment.
While I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, the issues I encountered seemed indicative of deeper, systemic problems.
I hope that by sharing my experience, management will take note and strive to make substantive improvements, so future guests can enjoy the quality, service, and atmosphere that have made Subway a beloved choice for so many over the years. Until then, I will be looking elsewhere for my...

I feel bad for them, but I just walked in and found a crowd of people who were waiting on orders to start to be made for 35+ minutes. The lady at the front counter was not helpful, and was on her airpods, talking on the phone. She was not actively making any orders right now, just had a stack of tickets, unhappy customers in the lobby, and she told me she would be with me in a little while. If you are short staffed I understand, but only 1 person during peak lunch hours (1:45 pm) is unfair to both customers and employees. The crowd of customers was helpful at least, by advising every person that walked in to move on and not waste their time. That was nice of them, I suppose. I even spoke to one customer who claimed her online order was supposed to be ready over 30 minutes earlier, and was told she could not get a refund, nor cancel the order. That's appalling, to be honest. I'm not sure who to blame here, but this was definitely a bad experience, and I won't be...
Read moreMy family and I (attempted) to pick up dinner from this location on Sunday July 6, 2014. Needless to say, we will not be back. As long time residents of Roswell, we have dined at this Subway many times, and I have yet to have a bad experience until now.
Not only were me and my family turned away by the young guy working that evening, but his kids were running around the restaurant like it was a playground...he turned the sign off and paused his cell phone conversation to tell us they were closed (even though the posted hours said they close at 10pm) and went back to making what I assumed to be his own sandwich due to the absence of gloves.
We waited in the car a few minutes and watched as he turned away more customers. After going next door to Wendy's, we drove back by we saw the guy leave with his kids and sandwiches...it was 9:45pm. Calls to management have not...
