The team at OTF - JC goes above and beyond the basics of providing a great atmosphere of welcoming environment. I mistakenly booked an appointment at the wrong studio (my fault totally) and the other studio had to charge me a missed appointment fee (which I took responsibility for because I didn't show up and they missed out on giving it to someone else - totally reasonable!!), but the staff recognized it and contacted me to inform me they wanted to "make it right" (totally unneccessary as I was not upset) so they credited me for the other studio charging me. They truly show that they put the client first, above profit (not that there's a problem with making profit as a business)...and I've recommend them to anyone who wants a great experience, and will continue to do so now after that great level of service. Kudos to Sean for fostering a team who takes care of the studio as if they were part owners of the business and kudos to the team for being servant leaders! 10/10...

After a recent cardiology visit I was faced with the need to lose some weight in lieu of going on various lifetime meds to control high BP and reduce cholesterol. My daughter introduced me to OTF and I am hooked. It is one of the most intense, effective and efficient workouts I have ever experienced. Kelly and Claire provide me the right amount of encouragement, motivation and instruction to make the 1 hour workout breeze by. I also get the added benefit of spending some quality time with my daughter. I feel great and look forward to each ever changing workout at Johns Creek or at another OTF around the US. Attending the classes ensures I get a great workout that I wouldn't get on my own.I love the OT coaches! They are all extremely well trained and keep the classes moving smoothly. They are encouraging, positive people with great personalities! I think some new members might get intimated by the classes because they are challenging but one thing to keep in mind is that you work at your own level of fitness. In other words, you shouldn't feel like you are expected to run as fast or walk as fast as the person next to you. You workout to your best ability. With time you will see that you can give...
