What an incredible experience at Dairy Queen! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The highlight, of course, was the absolutely heavenly ice cream that I indulged in.

The variety of flavors available was mind-boggling, and each scoop was a burst of pure joy. The texture was so creamy and rich, it was like a dream come true for my taste buds. Whether it was the classic chocolate or a more exotic flavor, every bite was a delightful surprise.

Horrible service. I went through the drive thru and ordered a fish sandwich and chicken sandwich. When the bag was handed to me they ensured that everything was in there. My mistake for not checking myself. I get all the way home, which is only like 1 1/2 mile away, then realize that my chicken sandwich was not in the bag. I called to notify them of the error and insisted that they recook the chicken, fish and fries, then i will be back in no more than 10 minutes. Once i get there, I handed them back the fish and the fries. A few moments later, they gave me my chicken sandwich and the after 2 minutes my fish and fries. I get home and realize they gave me the same fish sandwich i brought back. This is why I am writing the review. I asked for a new one but I see they clearly microwaved it. Which made it hard and disgusted. All three ignorant teachers need to learn organization and customer service. I guess they all hate their job since they cant even crack a smile or say hello. Just came from Dairy Queen, which I always come to this one and the experience of customer service. It’s just horrible every single time they always want you to pull up. You may not have time to pull up or that’s the point of fast food. You wanna go there and get your food and be gone, so I’m sitting there and I’m telling him like no I’m not going to pull up so the young man lets me know that he’s trying to get everybody else out of there and clear the line. OK this is the same route young man that I always run into so they here comes a supposed to be manager, comes to the window and continues to start yelling , he give me back a refund he don’t care I said OK that’s fine. You can give me back. My refund throws me the five dollars and let me know I can keep the drink and Sunday so I’ll politely pass right back to him.
