ALDI — Local services in Roswell

As a college student, I am always looking for places to get food quickly while staying on a budget. When I visited ALDI, I found TONS of snacks, a variety of meats and produce, and a selection of goods that I normally eat. I was surprised at how cheap everything was too. I also have to eat a Gluten Free diet due to health issues, which normally causes a lot of issues for me. At ALDI, I found the biggest supply of GF foods I have ever seen; the best part is, it didn't break the bank. Most products I saw there were GF already, or there was a GF option available. I even found a good wine for $3 (Winking Owl Moscato if you are curious). The establishment was clean and the employees were quick and very nice. After finding how close this gem is to my house, my boyfriend and I will start coming here more often for our shopping needs.

Also, a tip for first timers: be sure to bring a quarter for your shopping cart, as you need one to unlock it, and bring bags as you are not supplied with them. We bought some really nice insulated bags for $.75 at the checkout line and they hold a...

We always shop at this store - every weekend. Shocked by the rudeness of the cashier today. My payment method (card on phone) didn’t work (not the cashier’s fault) and I sighed to my husband (who is slow due to a physical disability) standing on the other side of the cart. The cashier verbally displayed a completely unacceptable nasty and rude attitude towards me, reprimanding me, while I was looking for a different payment card, and then got very impolite with my (slow, disabled) husband rushing him to move. It was so bad that the people who overheard tthe conversation approached us in the parking lot over the rudeness we experienced.

Also not sure how much that lady understood at all with her earbuds.

Sorry that your store is clearly not consistently up to serving customers with patience and friendliness. Back to Lidl around...

I am really sad to say, I had a rather large instacart order and I guess instacart was having trouble with finalizing the order, and when I go to pick it up the associate tells me his boss says just to " give it to me", however he took things a step further and asked could I open my app and show him the subtotal and take a picture of the subtotal and the app with my name. Somewhere to see if I had paid ,just in case. Just in case what? That I was scamming? This is not the end of this situation and I have never been asked that.
