Boost Mobile — Local services in Round Lake Beach

Only 1 person there....i was having charging issues with my phone..so she grabbed a new charger off the display, and tested it in my phone....but despite paying for phone insurance, and making payments on my phone, she figured i needed a new charger....but it would be 15.oo.....or else i could call the company and arrange to send it to them and they check it then send it back or send me another phone..meaning ill have to be without a phone in the meantime...neither option was acceptable to me..so i got another charger at a dollar store for only 7.oo...
