I went to place an order around 9:30pm on 5/26/2025. I ordered a strawberry, banana Sunday with nuts (which the girl said would be an extra charge for) /and my daughter ordered a strawberry shortcake blizzard. When I placed the order, I ordered first. By daughter took a bit to decide. When we drove up the staff was already cleaning shutting things down and turning some lights off. I paid my bill and took my order. As I was driving home my daughter opened her order and began to eat it. When she passed me mine sundae. I quickly realized my sundae had no nuts that I ordered and paid extra for. My daughter said she felt funny after a couple of bites. When I looked over at her, her face a lips were swelling. My daughter has peanut allergies. The staff there messed up the orders and put the peanuts in the wrong order. They could have killed my daughter for there negligence and incompetence on taking these orders. I strongly suggest reviewing your orders as this could have been a very bad out come for the owners. I had to rush my daughter to the emergency room. The staff needs more training and a serious attitude adjustment. There all young and seem not to really want to be there. This is unacceptable. If my daughter had died we would be having a different conversation. This is serious and the owners really need to address this ASAP. It truly sickens me to see the neglectance with the working youth today. The fact that owners are no where around the businesses to really put policies in place for these life threatening issues blows my mind. Please people beware of going here. Especially if you have life threatening allergies. Check you orders. These kids dont care and the ones that will suffer for there negligence is the owners that dont train them.
5/27/2025 I called the store today to speak to a Manager. Shelly answered the phone and advised she is the manager. I proceeded to explain the situation with my order. Shelly began to ask me had I mentioned the peanut allergy. I advised I did not as I did not think they would make the order incorrect. She then began to defend the fact that it was my fault for not mentioning the allergy and not the fact that there staff messed up the order. With no sympathy for my daughter and there error Shelly continued to want to argue how it was my fault. Shelly never even asked if my daughter was OK and wanted to continue to blame me. Do not go here. They are a terrible business with no accountability. No empathy for children with allergies and worse for messing up orders that can cause a loss of life. I will never ever again go here. I will not let this go. This is a horrible establishment. Needless to say I could no longer deal with Shellys cold accusations and hung up on her. She definitely should not...
Read moreThis is my go to spot for ice scream and has been for a long time. Probably not anymore. A half hour ago I pulled up and waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes before someone responded to me. I ordered, and I quote, a "blue raspberry misty float" which is supposed to have ice cream in it. I ordered this single item and nothing else. At the window they gave me a regular slushy without ice cream in it. I am a laid back understanding type of person and I understand that mistakes happen. I politely asked if I could please have ice cream in it because I ordered a "misty float". The lady at the register said "no you cant, you ordered a slushy." I told her no, at no point did I say the word slushy. I ordered a float. She turned to the person that took my order and asked her what i ordered, and she said that I ordered a slushy. She turned back around and said she says you ordered a slushy and proceeded to stand there in silence and stare me down, instead of offering to remedy the issue. I would have been happy to pay the difference. I simply wanted to get what I ordered. So if you go here, I would be prepared for them to mess up your order, and have them proceed to call you a liar, and refuse to help fix the problem even though they messed up your order. Sad that a business has to lose a long time loyal customer over A DOLLARS WORTH of ice cream. Ridiculous. The situation could have been easily remedied but they chose to be rude and told me...
Read moreOrder through drive-through, got two LG Blizzard and two kids cones. Employees and manager were very rude when giving us our desserts. We parked to check everything was correct and they forgot spoons so my husband went to go in to get them but as soon as he got to the door they shut off all the lights and disappear to the back. So we went back through drive-thru they're pretending that they couldn't hear us and was being very rude and mean over the intercom. We get to the window and the manager comes out and start yelling in Spanish. My husband is Puerto Rican and speaks fluent in Spanish. I could tell my husband was getting very angry as he took a deep breath and calmly repeated what he said through the intercom. In the end we got our spoons and started to head home. I started eating my blizzard and realize that they made the wrong order. It was too late to go back and if they give us a hard time about spoons surely they would do the same but my blizzard. All in all, it was a bad experience. I don't recommend going there, you're better off going to a different Dairy Queen or Dairy Dream when they are open...
