I recently stumbled across Harris Gems because I had to replace my diamond studs earrings because I lost my old ones on a recent trip. When I spoke with my insurance company they had recommended Harris and a couple other jewelers they work with. I selected Harris because it was the closest to my office and home. I am glad I ended up working with Jim because he did such an amazing job making sure I was happy and took his time to educate me more on diamond. He also made sure to keep me in the loop while working with my insurance company.
