Absolutely Disgraceful – A Heartless Business with No Integrity
I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with this company. I spent $500 on a funeral flower arrangement that was supposed to honor a loved one’s memory — only for the flowers to start wilting within 24 hours. Not only is this unacceptable on a basic service level, but it’s also deeply disrespectful considering the emotional weight and importance of the occasion.
When I called to address the issue, I was met with cold indifference and shocking insensitivity. They couldn’t have cared less — their attitude made it abundantly clear that once they had my money, that was the end of their obligation. There was no genuine apology or sincere effort to make things right. Her attitude was snooty and only offered an insulting $100 refund on an order that cost me more than 5 times that amount. These flowers only looked presentable for 2 days.
This is not just poor customer service — it’s a complete lack of human decency. If things don’t go as promised, a reputable company takes responsibility and makes restitution immediately. Clearly, that is not a principle this business upholds.

They told me yesterday that they attempted delivery by calling and knocking on my door - I said I have no missed calls and my wife and I have been here all day and no one has knocked on the door. A woman named Christina told me she didn't appreciate my insinuation that the delivery driver was lying and that "they are doing something shady" (lol...what?!!). She then said, "It's not worth the thirty dollars we'll get from Telefora to go through with the delivery, so I'm going to cancel it."
Disgusting mentality. I've never experienced anything like this firsthand. If Blossoms in Birmingham thinks they are too good for Teleflora orders, I have no idea why they are contracted with them. I'm glad it ended up not working out - I don't want to support them...
Read moreDisappointing quality. My husband spent almost $300 on an arrangement for our 5th anniversary and the flowers were dead within three days. I followed all instructions for watering and re-cut the flowers. Even the roses started losing their petals. Very upsetting given it was expensive and a beautiful arrangement.
UPDATE: They definitely made up for my disappointment with their customer service. In response to my initial review, I got a call from customer service with an offer to replace the arrangement and I received a new beautiful arrangement the same day. It's nice to buy from a company who makes an effort to stand behind their product. I definitely appreciated it, as did my husband given he was the one who made the purchase....
