Went in as a walk-in the other day and was seated immediately for my shellac pedicure. The woman who did my toes was named Michelle. She was very sweet and upselled me with the "deluxe pedicure" that was about $5 more and very much worth it!
My first impression about this place was that it's bigger than what it seems on the outside. It's goes in much "deeper" than what a typical nail salon would look like. They have a lot of manicure tables in the front, and more than enough pedicure chairs in the back.
I noticed that every new pedicure client is met with a new plastic liner, which let's me know a lot about their cleanliness and hygeine. It's super important to physically see something like that being done because you don't know what goes on in someone's shop all day.
The pedicure chairs were very comfortable and relaxing. While the massage and hot towels on the legs were a nice touch to the start of my day. I arrived at 12:30pm and finished by 1:15pm -- a little less than an hour which was awesome considering I had a pretty busy day.
In conclusion, I would definitely revisit this place again! The service was exceptional as well as the overall look of what I wanted to achieve. The price was at a normal rate for a shellac pedicure ($45 + deluxe Mani ($5) + 20% tip = $60). I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle. She...
Read moreI've been visiting this store off and on since 2022. Some experiences and results are great, while others could not be worse.
I went in on 2/17 for dip and chrome. I was assigned to the same tech I'm always assigned to. She has the first station on the left if you enter off Main. I took my seat and she proceeded to do my nails while streaming TV shows on her phone.
The lighting inside the shop is poor and I didn't have my glasses with me so I didn't realize how bad my nails looked until I got home. The nail surface was lumpy, pitted and uneven with peeling topcoat - on day one! The excess powder and fixative around the cuticle area was bad and difficult to cleanup. I was charged $50 for one hand and a pencil eraser sized 6th nail.
I wound up buffing them down and resealing on my own so I could work without feeling poorly groomed and self-conscious. Needless to say, I...
Read moreThey have the best Shellac and matching polish selection around! They also recently got new massage chairs. Have tried lots of places, this place is great for walk-ins, it's clean, lots of talented staff. They use a plastic liner on the pedi-tubs and sterilize equipment. They use hot rocks and hot towels with standard pedis, and also have a ton of deluxe pedi variaties as well. $58 for Shellac and Pedicure and you get Free Bath and Body Works full size lotion as a gift. So the price is very reasonable. Many places in the area charge way more or are dirty. This place meets all my needs! Parking is the only bad thing. I go on Sundays so I never have an issue, but you may have to walk a couple blocks and get some excercise. Beng, Emily and Megan are my favorite techs, no bad experience with any of the other techs out of the dozens of times...
