I came to this store and purchased some beads as I was paying for the beads the ass behind the counter ripped off the tag. I didn't know if it was by accident or it was his protocol but I said oh well as I never thought I'd have a reason to go back. I got home and the beads were too small. So eagerly I gra bed my husbands pendant and decided to bring it with me to exchange for the right size fully expecting to not only pay more but also pick up a little this and a little that. I came in smiling and said I would like to exchange for larger beads, his first question was where was the tag, I responded by telling him he ripped it off yesterday. He proceeded to tell me no he didn't, I said to him look at the receipt you will see I purchased it here, check your others on the shelf you will see nothing is missing or removed. He proceeded to tell me he wouldnt have ripped it off. I said sir I am no liar. He says neither is he. I reminded him that another customer was in the store demanding his attention and he might off been in a hurry trying to get to her aND didn't realize he did. He continued to be argumentative. In the midst of trying to show him that the item is all in tact my hustands pendant fell and broke. That is when he says I would have sold it like that but it's ok you can go change it. What the hell difference would it have made now, thanks to your stereotypical, prejudice ass my husband pendant is now broken. I informed him I was no their, threw the bead in his trash and told him don't worry I would never be back. As I got to my vehicle he was pulling the beads he has such an issue with out of the trash to no doubt slide a price tag on it and sell it to the next person. Terrible customer service and smug attitude. No sir all black people aren't criminals trying to get over on someone else as a matter of fact you are welcome this black woman just gave yout $5. Yes, I mention race because I notice the difference between how you treated any customer who was not black and how you treated a black customer the first day I came. AgainSt my better judgement I came back, never again. What piss me off the most is that this was part of a 20 year wedding anniversary gift and he saw that it broke and not even one word concern sorry of. I will be spread the word for sure!
Response to owner.
What was shady, my skin? I came In with money in hand with the full intention of exchanging what I bought and paying the difference. You certainly didn't have to apologize though it would be the reaction of any decent human being. You ripped the tag of in front of me. I blame myself because it stuck oUT to me but I honest thought they were the right size and never thought I'd even be coming back. You were not even close enough to even attempt to help me pick it up so, please miss me with that. You didn't even take a glance at the receipt until after it broke and I said I no longer wanted an exchange because it made no sense as the pendant was now broken at which time you quickly gave me the receipt. You seem to forget that I threw the beads in your trash, it was just $5 and wouldn't make or break neither me nor you. It was your attitude and accusatory tone that pissed me off. I'm sure by now you've re-tagged it and added it back to your inventory. You are a dishonorable business man. Being in business 20 years is neither here nor there your character on todays speaks volumes. I honestly thought it was just an oversight on your part at first. Now, I see youre just greedy and prejudice. I'll simply buy another pendant for my husband and my beads else where. I'll never step foot in your business again. I bought it from you, you ripped the tag off and all all you had to do was put it up against the others you had hanging on the wall to see that it was your product and it was untouched. Instead you let your stereotypical nature get the best of you. Youre a...

If you have questions the store owner is pleasant, knowledgeable, and happily answers questions. When it comes to quality Sun's has the highest quality beads and widest selection of quality beads. The only feedback we have as a jewelry designing brand is we want to know where the stones come from and who are the bead makers. Pricing is incredibly fair.
