Went in today with plans of buying allot of clothes for the up coming winter months . This guy that worked there was extremely rude and rudely barked at my child to not "play with that" . Mind you he was going in circles around a rack and Iam fully aware of keeping your kids next to you while shopping however for a split second my child literally did 3 circles around this rack. There is a POLITE way of asking a child to not play or better yet ask the parent to stop the child . No need to raise ones voice at a kid that isn't yours for simply going around in circles . I will no longer be visiting this location due to RUDE staff.

You must have me confused with another family because my kid NEVER did those things . LOOK at the reviews of this place and I'm not talking about the ones you tell your friends and family to write for you . You have numerous reports of rude customer service . Watched through the window of them never even taking things out of the bag. Just opened it and shoveled them around then texted me. I came in and she said "we are looking for things that are being sold in the stores right now." I had Adidas and Nike with tags on it that I recently purchased but couldnt return due to a policy issue. Most definitely current. This is my 7th time at this location. I promise you they never have your items even 5 min before they say no. Just the truth. I have also had where i brought in items and none were taken. I accidently handed back the wrong bag and the next worker took things in. I think they personally shop for themselves. Not the consumer. I know better than to deal with the company ever again. For all the gas spent I couldve just gave them to Good Will.

You never looked dont lie. And what is the point in taking identification if you don't keep record because sweetie ive been there 7 times and saw that same girl. I remember when their system was down and they had to call the owner. Get your story straight and the clothes had tags. Not even worn or from a place with smokers. I’ll be honest here, I don’t like giving bad reviews because it really isn’t good for smaller stores who don’t get a tone of business 24/7, but this has to be said. I’ve been to this store once or twice and when I walked in, it seemed like a pretty nice store. The had a lot of clothing and accessories there and it was nice and clean. I brought in one big box of clothes to try to sell. They took 12 items I think for 31 dollars. From your first thought, you might think that’s a good amount, BUT NOPE! THATS LESS THAN $2 PER ITEM?!?!? I gave in expensive holister jeans and a lot of other brand name items in good condition and they chose to give me under $2 for each item?!? I didn’t want to start anything so I just took the money and left. I was very disappointed with the workers as well. The majority of them are very rude. They act like the own and or run the place. Weeks later I went to their “sister store”, once upon a child, and got $21 dollar for a good amount of items. I didn’t really care because once upon a child is for kids so I didn’t mind getting less money. But I’m very disappointed in Plato’s closet, I will be going there again soon with a lot more clothing to see how much I will get and I will make another review to see if...
