It actually pains me to write this because I am a fan of the chain. Sadly this location is a victim of its own success. It starts out with the adventure of trying to get into the parking lot. The drive through is so busy traffic is jammed up everywhere. Fix... Chick-fil-A's need to be built on larger plots of land not jammed in any tiny location to make traffic more dangerous for everyone in the shopping center.
The fun continues when I get inside the restaurant at 215pm and notice every table is jammed packed with people. They all seem happy to be squished in an over crowded area to get a chicken sandwich. Why I don't know.
After ordering it was 10 minutes to get my food and another 5 minutes to get the shake that I ordered. Had no idea why it takes 15 minutes to get a shake. The place was so loud the employees are yelling at the top of there lungs for people to come get the order. Adds to the circus like atmosphere.
Found a table by accident and claimed it. While waiting for the food to arrive I noticed how filthy the floors and windows were. I saw kids playing in the play place smearing food all over the place and and the door to the place place looked as greasy as an oven top. All the booths had food and garbage under them. When I was called I walked up get my to-go order... ( remember I thought there was no tables ) and I looked down the walkway behind the counters where the employees work. Food on the floor... garbage all over the place next to the trashcan where the people give the orders out the window... a layer of grease on the tiles where the employees walk.... not sure how they don't fall.
But what really surprised me is how sloppy some of the employees looked. Most had collared shirts but some are wearing tee shirts and dressed very poorly....
I guess I am taking all the time to write this in case someone important reads this. The chain never started out like this and it's said this store is going down hill. This chain might make money but it's filthy.
I could have taken pictures but I think all anyone needs to do is go there and see for yourself how the standards are falling.
I know during peak times things get nuts but I didn't see even one employee trying to empty the trash or clean up anything. That's poor management there.
I won't be returning to the store again. I will go somewhere else.
I truly hope they can rise up and fix some issues at this store. Also please send someone around and make sure the tables are adjusted properly. The one by the entrance to the kids area shakes like crazy and it's hard to...
   Read moreAugust 13, 2021 đâ⏠1- couldn't place our order online due to problem with Chick-fil-A's website 2- I called and they told me the best option is the drive thru since I didn't want to go in 3- drove to that location and placed our order (and paid) via rep in parking lot 4- as we finally got to the window to pickup our order, it was not available. They asked if we paid for it?? 5- although it seemed that the reps at the window finally pulled the order, they told us to move to their guest parking space (located next to delivery driver's space) and they will have our order in two minutes 6- ...30 minutes later, someone showed up with our order, partly wet as it was pouring and they used a paper bag 7- got home and realized they gave me a deluxe order which contains American cheese which I do not eat (bottom line, I did not want any cheese on any of our sandwiches) Also, no sign of the tomato which I'd ordered... 8- I called and the manager didn't offer an apology...in fact, I got disconnected.
Ironically, my hubby and I are healthy eaters, so we'd not purchased anything over there in approx. 4yrs. Now, I see why we've not had the urge to go back.

I donât know why people keep hyping up Chick-fil-A, but my latest visit was an absolute joke. First, I wasted my time in their ridiculously long line, thinking maybeâjust maybeâthe food would be worth it. Spoiler alert: it wasnât.
After handing over $14.28 (which is robbery for fast food), I received a completely wrong order from head to toe. Not a single item was correct. Itâs almost impressive how thoroughly they managed to screw it up. The food I did get was cold, stale, and borderline inedibleâa total waste of money.
Then, I figured Iâd at least voice my frustration through their survey, but guess what? It doesnât even work. No matter how many times I enter the stupid serial number, itâs an error every single time.
This location is a glaring wake-up call for Chick-fil-A corporate. Itâs clear theyâve either stopped caring or have zero quality control in place. The service, the accuracy, the foodâitâs all a mess.
