Dills was always my favorite grocery store, they had the best green beans and cubed steak ever, but, i do not like liars, and i will start tomorrow and start going to ingles. Im physically handicapped, have been since birth, ive ordered my plates over the phone for years!!! And i usually eat in there 4 times a week, i cant get out and get my plates, so i call it in snd someone goes in and gets it. But today, im told i cant order my food over the phone, and that its been a rule. The girl that told me that, she lied through her teeth. She was very very rude!!! I kind of figured her boss would uphold her, they are supposed to. Its like doctor nurse, principle teacher, hes gonna take up for her, thats is ok with me, my business may not make an impact, but my mouth will and mouth is best advertisement. The ladies in the xeli know me, ive ordered my food over the pbone for years. That officially stopped today, and i wont buy groceries in there either. If u cant be nice, and be honest, u need to find something else. NOT...

I raised my voice at him, he stopped and then he helped get rest of groceries out of cart.after he put all my groceries back into electric cart, and in my generation the bag boys would have offered to take my groceries to car, but know I call that inconsiderate and inappropriate.I enjoy shopping at Dills, but if Iām just # I can go to Food Lion. My neighbor came with me she has problems walking and both her legs are wrapped due to medical problems, no one even ask if they could help her out with her groceries. I am new to Royston be will strongly think about going elsewhere for my business. Sorry bad impression for new...

Iām sorry but this is the most expensive grocery store I have been in (other than the ones in the small strip mall at the beach & they charge for convenience). What I will say is that Dills is a very clean and fully stocked grocery store with some really good quality meats. The staff on the floor are all very young with the exception of a couple (also young) veterans to the place. Not many of them are going to offer you a smile. They are more likely to smile and talk to one another. If you need help most of the time you will have to go find it and ask for it. They arenāt rude just not super friendly. What I will give props to is that kitchen. Those women in there work their tail off and they cook it up. Itās so good. Bottom line ? Go around the corner to food lion if your in Royston and want to find...
