"TC" - awesome, longtime employee who really knows what he's talking about when it comes to vaping products, etiquette, and overall technical understanding of how everything works! This is the guy you want to talk to!
And to potential customers who BOTHER employees about a certain kind of "smoke," stop being ignorant! Colorado is due north/"next door" and (soon to be legal in NM's Western neighbor, Arizona) and that's where you go to get it (drive straight up I-25 & you'll be in Trinidad, Colorado in no time)! Bothering/Hassling (is in, actuality, what you're doing!) these employees about it just makes you look stupid!!! It won't be long until it's legal there in New Mexico (I'm an out-of-state resident: CA) so for now, use your head & STOP ASKING!
LASTLY & VERY IMPORTANT: ANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS on this page come from people who really do not know what they're doing. Sure, theyve "Googled" certain terminology and watched YouTube videos but you cannot blame employees for things you don't fully understand. Just note that roughly 98-99%% of the other employees satisfied? You do the math! It is NOT INCUMBENT on these employees (there's no vape shop in all of America where ANY employee knows every single thing; (be realistic!!!) to know every single facet (10,000 aspects+!) in this still emerging technology which, relatively speaking, is still in its infancy! Im a 6-year "VAPER" & I still learn something new all the time! What I don't do, though, is blame others for what I don't know! Thats just irresponsible and ignorant to do so! Take some "personal responsibility/accountability and don't blame the employee; I have found them all to be extremely polite and as helpful as they possibly can be! As such, that doesn't really give anybody the right to leave a negative review when the employee is doing their job and is polite to you. Think about this, ok? Ask yourself a question & be HONEST: if you work in a technology-sector business (or know anybody who does, ask them!) do you (they) really know every single last thing!??! Allow me to answer it for you: NO-YOU/THEY-DONT (it's IMPOSSIBLE mate!!!) so blaming these employees reveals YOUR own IGNORANCE; enough said!!!
PS: My apologies on that last paragraph "rant" BUT it's just SO FRUSTRATING that people cannot, nay, WILL NOT (A CHOICE!) take personal responsibility anymore!!
