I rarely leave negative reviews but this experience really bothered me.
My husband and did your wine tasting at the library with Joesph and had an amazing time. Ended up buying a vintage Cab Franc 2018. Joesph was knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We then proceeded to have one more glass before we walked around town.
After walking around town my husband and I decided we would like a quick snack so we went back to The Noisy Winery cellar for a cheese board and a bottle of Pinot Noir. This is when our experience all went down hill. I believe her name was Olga or Alma, my apologies if the name is incorrect she didn’t have a name tag on, I had to ask the manager what her name was. She was extremely rude from the get go, wouldn’t look us in the eye, tossed the members pamphlet at us to look over and yelled at another team member to make our cheese board. Proceeded to pour us our two glasses and won’t give us the bottle. Not even letting us know she will be keeping it behind the bar. Ok… all that I can brush off.
After, we receive our cheese board and wine, then get up to ask for a glass of water. There is about 5 couples in line so I wait in line as one should. As Olga or Alma(again apologies for not having her name), helps all 5 couple in front of me, as I arrive to the front she immediately walks away from the counter and is asking every table individually if they needed anything. I stand there in shock at the disrespect and lack of service I record after spend over $300+ there that day. As I look around in disbelief and embarrassment, a couple sitting at the table right by the counter and hallway even acknowledges the situation. This incident was around 3:30-4pm in 4/20/24. Your team member was in a gray hoodie and hair in a ponytail. I normally would give the benefit of the doubt but this customer service bothered me too much...
Read moreMy husband and I tried both locations. For my birthday, we went to the location with a shop in front and the tasting room in the back. It was great, warm and friendly service. We left with the last two bottles of Demigod. I wish I had the girls name, I believe she was Hispanic and she wore a beanie. Great girl.
This is where it left a BAD taste in my mouth.
The second location started off great, they explained that the tasting room held more of the reserved selection. We opted for the wine tasting and we enjoyed the Cabernet Sauvignon Absolution, so I decided to take one home. As we go to check out and ask for a bottle of the Absolution JOELLA G. looks us up and down and says "Did you SEE the price on that bottle?" I immediately look up just in time to catch her staring at us with a smirk. Not only was that upsetting, but incredibly disrespectful. My husband questioned her on why she asked that and she says "well some people's cards get declined, or they get mad when I tell them." WOW. Other people have checked out before us and we didn't hear her or anyone else say anything like that to them.
Also, the prices are literally on the menu.. Can't miss it.
I've been to plenty of winery's and vineyards where bottles were much pricier. Never have I ever had someone look me up and down for buying a...
Read moreI’ve always enjoyed this winery and have recommended to friends in the past, but after my most recent visit, I was incredibly disappointed. We went earlier, and I have never been treated with such disrespect. Unfortunately, we experienced clear discrimination — both age-related and racial. One friend was treated differently because of their race, and we were repeatedly ignored or dismissed.
We ordered several bottles of wine, yet we weren’t provided with an ice bucket like other guests. When I asked one of the employees about the theme — since all the staff were wearing gold crowns and white togas — I received a curt, one-word response, as if acknowledging me was a burden.
To top it off, when I attempted to purchase a bottle as a souvenir, a staff member tried to take it away from me, despite others openly walking out with their bottles. The entire experience felt incredibly unfair and uncomfortable.
I’ve never left a bad review anywhere before, but the poor service and disrespect we encountered were unacceptable. I truly hope this is addressed so others don’t have to experience the...
