This is a really lovely shop run by two warm, thoughtful women. My husband & I visited in July 2019 & were met with open arms & a LOT of information. Both owners consulted us on our needs & what would work best. I've been drinking the Centered Woman & Glucose Balance tea for over a year now.

Between both teas & a (mostly) healthy diet, I'm happy to say both my menstral cycle & blood sugar have regulated. I use Liver Clear twice a year, as suggested, to make sure my body is adequately absorbing all nutrients ingested. But the best tea over all, hands down everybody... is the Rolling Stone tea. I regularly get kidney stones (doctors could never tell me why) & this stuff WORKS! I haven't had to go to the E.R for a stone in over a year! I feel one coming on & immediately start drinking the tea & a LOT of water. So far it's worked every time.

We live out of state & order online thru their website. Only once in over a year has an order been wrong. They mistakenly sent me the wrong tea. I called to let them know & they happily asked me to keep the "wrong" tea while the correct order was quickly sent out. They also occasionally send free goodies along with my regular orders. Oh, & there's literally always a personalized note from the owners sent with each & every order. It's a thoughtful, personal touch which I really appreciate.

When all of this mess in the world right now clears up, we will most certainly return to visit your shop again. Until then, we will continue to order online & recommend your delightful shop to anyone who...

This was my second stop in 2 years at Ruidoso Natural Remedies because my visit last year was so pleasant. I live in the midwest, so obviously I can't stop as often as I would like! I adore this store and products, and the lady who helps me is not only the most authentic human I've met, she's so knowledgeable and kind. She gives out informative information about the products you're buying and never comes across as anything but sweet. I love her store and products and will continue coming back every time...

Worst experience I have ever had in Ruidoso. Rude worker snatched a product I WAS PURCHASING, out of my sons hand. Did not ask me if we were buying it, or if he could not touch the bracelets. Just came between my son and myself and grabbed it out of his hand. What’s worse is she heard me telling him “no touching please” but the bracelet I was going to buy I allowed him to hold for me.
