Jax's Cool Convenience — Local services in Russell Springs

I haven't been there in awhile and didn't know they were hiring smart mouth kids. Jaxs has lost my business and I will post my experience on Twitter and Facebook. I went in to get lottery tickets and told her by accident cash 5 instead of 5 card cash, she prints the ticket. I said I am sorry that wasn't the one I wanted, she told me it doesn't matter you still will pay for it. While I was telling her the other tickets i wanted, she was helping people behind me. Two for that matter and I asked her what her name was, she replied with Holly and when you call up here make sure you tell them that you asked for the ticket. I said that wasn't my only problem, she was helping other people while I was still getting my things, she replied well you were taking to long. I will never go to Jaxs again until Holly is no longer there. I will pass it on to not go there until she is gone. Best place in town to get fuel, snacks, drinks or hot meals && they even have that good, crushed pellet ice! You can tell by the quality of the hot food they serve that it’s made fresh and can’t ask for much better when it comes to their employees country cooking! Yum!!! I’ve been in there during rush hour when they’re completely SLAMMED, the place remains clean and stocked and the bathrooms always look like they’ve never even been used they’re so spotless! The employees are just as hard at work behind the scenes when we don’t see, as they are when we do! Hands down recommend this place all the time! The store manager (Shana) deserves a ton of respect and credit as I’ve witnessed the endless days and hours she spends to keep this place going and always bettering things for customer courtesy and satisfaction! The only perk I have of working occasionally in this area is the breakfast at Jax's. Its never a let down and is clearly popular with locals as well. Everything is reasonably priced and yes even though it's a gas station DO NOT BE DECEIVED! Stop in the morning and grab you a breakfast plate, or a pork tenderloin sandwich (I prefer mine with cheese and tomato) and you won't have a better start to your day.
