My fiancé and I went to see the new Spider-Man tonight. As we were looking for parking we noticed there was a car illegally parked, and in a hazardous way. My fiancé took a picture to notify an employee with hopes they could just announce that whoever’s car it was should move it, as it was blocking multiple other cars and a driving lane. Instead, they were dismissive and rude. We got our tickets for 9 after coming to see the a showing at 7:45 which we mistakenly thought was the correct time, they told us they didn’t have a 7:45 showing and got an attitude and rude once again after we told them it was a mistake and apologized. We came back for the 9pm showing and they told us they refunded our tickets. We asked why and they said it was because my fiancé was “cussing at employees and causing a scene” when no such thing happened. There are cameras to prove that. My fiancé attempted to explain what actually happened, after five minutes of back and forth, in which the employees were incredibly rude, we got our tickets but I was in tears. Maybe pregnancy hormones but there was no need for them to be so hateful with us over something that didn’t happen. Definitely don’t recommend this theater anymore and recommend taking the drive to somerset to a cleaner theater with more respectful...

The staff is very helpful and competent. I love this cinema because it's small, so it's not usually packed once the movie has been on a while. However, I'm only giving it 2 stars because I'm convinced it hasn't been mopped or cleaned since it got new owners. It used to be so nice and clean, with lots of concessions. Now I have a hard time even going back. Tonight I stepped out of my flip flop because it was so sticky, and my foot landed in a pond of who knows what. I love this cinema, but it needs some love...

Can't really complain about much; the price ($6 for adults and $4 for 12 and under during regular hours and $5 matinees) of admission and the cost of drinks (L-$4, M-$3, S-$2) and popcorn priced similarly is good. The only thing that might be improved is the brightness of the screen. The lights all dim and go out when the movie starts (nice and black in there), but it just seems like it could be a bit better. But really, for the price in a small town, it's definitely 5...
