What has happened to customer service. Customer service used to be important, not so much now in this day and time. I am paying on a refrigerator and washer from this company. I pay monthly, on time each and every month. Never late! The Maytag I bought has a lid lock problem and this is the third time it has quit working. They just dropped it off a 2 days ago and it has quit again, I called them immediately and told them it has quit again. The girl I spoke with Kemily wanted me to lift the washer up and look under it and make sure it is level and the drain pump isn't touching the floor. I am not going to lift that washer up and look under it. That is out of the question. I have sat here all day waiting to hear from someone and it is 6 pm now. I have called 3 times asking when they are going to be here. You know every time you call each person does not know you or what is going on. This last time I called they said there was an emergency with a driver and I was ask if I could wait till next week. This is a Friday so I guess they don't run trucks on weekends. Although, I am sorry there was an emergency with a driver. There is no way I can wait. I have my granddaughter living with me, I can't go for days without a washer. I am paying and I need a washer. I even talked to the manager Michael (didn't realize at the time it was the manager as he did not tell me that) and he said he would find out what was going on and let me know. An hour later I call again and spoke with Kemily and that is when I was ask to wait. I ask to talk with the manager again and he said he would deliver the washer himself but did not know how late it would be when he gets here. Two men showed up at my house (not the manager, which is fine) at 8:30 pm and brought me a replacement washer, the same replacement I had before. They did not look happy either. I will NEVER buy another thing from this store. I bought many things from Aaron's in Bossier City Louisiana and customer service was always top rate! I lived 30 minutes away then too. Aaronâs was contacted and when they came out they took pictures of the washer. I talked to the guy and he said when the ones that came to the house got back these pictures would be shared with a manager and they would contact us. The guys that came to the house asked ânow tell us how it really happenedâ with disrespect, belittlement, and making us feel as if we were lying, but looking close at the picture there is a second tear coming about showing this is a defect from the manufacturer. For two to three weeks we didnât hear anything. We called and the guy said you will have to buy a lid because they didnât believe us the guy said he ordered it, but didnât know when it would be in, he said it was $65 but not being able to give a delivery date makes me think he had not ordered it yet, but was as we were talking, but since we were under the impression it was already done without permission he could do as he wished now that we were tricked and agreeing because of being mislead under more lies. I thought my payments and insurance covered this. A couple years back my daughter rented from Buddies in Clarksville. My daughters couch, washer, and dryer all got stolen. My daughter reported it, turned in a police report and he tells her insurance wonât cover it. I didnât agree with this so I called the insurance company to find out why, well they never got a claim from Clarksville they didnât know anything about it. I do not trust these companies anymore and I donât doubt those pictures went to insurance for the claim, but I have to pay to fix it while they pocket the money.
