If I could score 0 for stars I would. These guys are horrible. I’ve come here the last few months because my route there are not many options. Every time I leave my truck is still dirty. They refused to fix or let me speak to the owner. They simply stated they cannot do anything. No refunds or credits. Don’t waste your money here. They make Blue Beacon look good.

*Edit: the owner was quick to respond to a bad review but not directly to my face. He was not willing to resolve the issue. And his statement that it was new guys was somewhat correct. The side the new guys were on was ok. It was his regular daily workers that did the side the pics were taken from. I’m there every week for a washout and see the guys that are there every week. I demanded they fix it and I ended up waiting in line again to have them wash my truck a second time. 2 hours in to it and the results as I suspected were poor again. The two guys that did the second wash are also there every week. I will post pictures of the horrible rewash job they did. The owner is full of it. Do not waste...

The young lady inside was a blessing to deal with. I pulled in, and they start spraying before I can even get out. Every time I go here it is $85 for truck and trailer, and every time I go to leave I have to either back back into the bay or stand there and start pointing out mud, bugs, road grime, and road grease that they miss. Yesterday was no exception. This time I was charged $100, I mentioned that the price is higher than normal and the lady looked and found the correct price and gave me a ticket for $85, then the guy that won't speak just pointed at the paper, took it out of my hand and walked inside. They charged an extra $10 because he told her, "he had to do extra." They told me they were done, so I did a quick walk around. Mud on tires, bugs on the hood, among other things. I ended up stopping on the side of the road to clean my passenger mirror because it was worse after I left. That was the final time I will stop there, I've given too many chances. I will go out of my way to the Blue Beacon in Little Rock...

I have not stop here for watch out yet. So my rating of three stars is not for that and I just put it generically. I wanted to share that I stopped in at 6:00 a.m. to see if my company's credit had gone through and we were set up so I could bring a trailer in. I open the door to find two men sound asleep on the couches. One woke up bewildered looking at the other guy who never woke up. I just said, I don't need to wash out or anything I'm just here to ask a question and I will come back later. The guy still look bewildered and I don't think he really even understood what I was saying if you catch my drift. I know business can be slow overnight would you advertise as a 24/7 washout and at 6:00 in the morning you need to have employees that are going to be awake and ready to go at least...
