Update: I found out that 0% financing was an option. Instead my mom was charged interest on $5,000 over 7 years!!! I understand my mom entered into a contract. What I'm asking for is compassion and for you all to do the right thing by her. There is always SOMETHING that can be done to help, but nobody has offered anything. Can you give her more towards her trade-in car to help with the taxes (since my mom told me your gentleman working there flew over that section and just said "that's tax stuff" and pushed her through). Somebody has to stand up for my mom - that's me. I am waiting for her to get a call from someone of authority to help her............
I originally gave one star, and that was mainly for the poor service I received. I have edited my opinion since John, from ORR, reached out and apologized by phone. We spent 20 minutes discussing my issue and, together, we got the issue resolved. I will give them another chance to make the poor customer service better!! * I Recently took my car in to be serviced because is suddenly started making an odd whining/whistling noise and idling rough. It started suddenly while I was driving down the road. I had just gotten back to town from a 3 hour trip. I googled the symptoms and it said my PCV valve cover needed replaced. I took the car to the same place I purchased it less than a year ago. ORR Auto Mall Russellville. ( The ASE Certified mechanics informed me that I needed a new alternator and a tensioner belt. ) No mention of a PCV valve cover. I sent the link, to my salesman, of where I had googled my cars symptoms and asked him to share with the mechanics. I also told him that the information I was sending to him was the exact same symptoms my car exhibited. And that it recommended that PCV valve cover be replaced. He said he would pass it along to the mechanics. When I went to the shop to pick up my car, the person that wrote up my car earlier that day would not even look at me. The gentleman that did speak to me, ushered me to the cashier so that I could pay the agreed upon diagnostic fee of $115 plus tax. He never explained anything to me. Not one word was said about my car. Now... If they had replaced the PCV cover, it would have been covered under my lifetime power train warranty. Instead, they wanted $1000 for parts that were not needed. I HAD THE PCV VALVE COVER REPLACED FOR $100, PARTS AND LABOR, AND MY CAR IS FIXED. NO MORE ENGINE LIGHT. Now I told you all that to say this. I felt like I was just an old lady that was about to get taken for a ride by another crooked mechanic. I've always heard them called, a male chauvinist.
