T.J. Maxx — Local services in Russellville

Somehow, I was checked out by an employee with an incorrect tag that didn't match up with the item I had purchased. I originally didn't catch this, only because I was buying these clothes in a rush for an event. When I tried to return the item, I was made aware of the tag (which was also very terribly taped together). The interaction I had before was friendly at first, but after the tag was discovered the tone of the employee IMMEDIATELY turned nasty and rude. I didn't originally have the receipt, so I understand to a degree how this may have seemed at first. But there was no reason for the employee to talk to me the way she did. I thankfully found the receipt, and a kind younger woman with short platinum-ish blonde hair helped me without hesitation. How did the employee that checked me out not notice that when they have to pick up he tag to scan it? How did that even get out onto the sales floor in the first place? How can you get my ID to verify someones return, but you can't even pull up the receipt history itself? I'm disappointed and will not be trusting this...

I love TJ Maxx . I only wish the store here in Russellville, Ar was a large and had more of a selection like the stores in Little Rock and even Conway. I ALSO wish TJ Maxx had a Marshall's and Home goods, Homesense, like most areas do i.e. Little Rock, Conway, Memphis TN . THIS STORE IS JUST WAY TOO SMALL FOR THE AREA! I thrive on buying my good sheets and bedding at stores such as Marshall's ( part of the TJMaxx chain) and TJMaxx in Russellville does have SOME bedding/name brand sheets but...A VERY, SMALL, COLLECTION!! And, whatever they do stock, it's just much bc they go fast here!! Usually, I purchased Tommy Hilfiger and Ralph LAUREN sheets as well as the Lacrosse but, RUSSELLVILLE NEVER CARRIES ANYTHING EXCEPT LACROSSE or this store again, doesn't carry enough products for the customer volume that are buying these bedding items. I give this a 3 1/2 star. I give the bigger and better stocked TJMaxx a 5plus star rating RUSSELLVILLE EXPAND YOUR STORE BC A LOT OF MY FRIENDS FEEL EXACTLY...

Whoever is working in the dressing room department tonight, is an absolute rude human with the worst atittude. She's a woman who seems to be in her 40s or 50s. She came into the dressing room and yelled "DRESSING ROOMS ARE CLOSED", after I had already tried on both outfits I brought in which I really wanted to buy. Mind you, no sign was at the fitting rooms saying they were closed. Nothing. No associate at my time of walking in so I just walked in to try my finds on. And then she comes in and tells me while I'm half dressed with the worst attitude that they're closed. I was like, okay - well maybe you should have a sign. And she said uh, that's why there was a rack in front of the entrance. Lol, okay? A tiny rack that anyone could walk right by?? I said maybe a sign would be better instead of your rude attitude. She scoffed, I walked out and didn't buy my items. I won't be back...
