Shoe carnival is the worst. I ordered shoes online they were damaged and took a week to get to me I returned them in store and they didn't want to give me all of my money back Why should I have to pay for shipping for damaged shoes and they won't send out exchanges until they received the old ones So it would have been another two weeks before I got the exchanged pair so 3 weeks to wait for shoes and what if the exchanged pair got damaged too I took my refund and ran don't go here shop elsewhere for shoes there are way better places to go I rather buy my shoes at dollar tree than step foot back...

Busy busy center, parking lot is a jungle. We felt we needed a guide to navigate the herds of roaming automobiles and happy hazzard foot traffic. Definitely a stress elevating experience, I can only wish that people would at least pretend to be aware of the vehicles they stroll in front of, never acknowledging how many motorists just barely avoided clipping them as they meander in slow motion, not a cross walk in site.
