Extremely Prejudice! My family and I entered the boot barn in Russellville AR for the first time ever a few days ago. My daughter who is 11 was on the search for some cowboy boots. We were not greeted, however we found our way to the back of the store where the boots are and proceeded to try on a few pairs. We were not asked if we needed help at any point, after some time my daughter could not decide on a pair she liked so we headed to the front of the store to look at their clothes and jackets. It was upon standing by the jeans we over heard the staff (young adults) and some people who were not working but seemed to know the staff (also young adults) talk about myself and my family in a very disgusting way. When my 11 year old daughter heard the horrible things the staff was saying she began to cry and we decided it was time we part from the store, upon leaving one of the female staff members yelled out a comment meant to be derogatory to us. I would like to say this, with everything so divided right now it’s a shame to see young adults working behind a counter bully customers based on their look of choice, my daughter was 11. We were not disruptive or loud we left quietly. I was prepared to drop money in this store for my daughter however I have given my business elsewhere and will continue to do so as I will never give boot barn a dime. I shared my story on social media (and will continue to do so) and many others have came forward and shared their stories of the staff hanging out with friends behind the counter and bullying, pointing and laughing at them, racist comments etc. Bullying customers is seriously disgusting and even more so if those customers mean to drop cash to support a business you make MINIMUM WAGE at….chill. The whole mean girl narrative is lame and childish, the prejudice behaviors and racism should have no place in the world we live in today, people like that are the absolute problem and they continue to perpetuate a hateful agenda. Do better boot barn, your staff seriously sucks!!! Clean...
Read moreI just called the Boot Barn and spoke with the most kind and respectful person that I have had the pleasure to speak with pertaining to customer service. I got to start by saying that James was the most professional and most informative person that I have spoken with in a very long time when it comes to giving out information and accommodating needs of a potential customer. This is the type of manager that any company should be thrilled to have on staff! So BIG SHOUT OUT TO JAMES AT THE RUSSELLVILLE BOOT BARN! YOU'RE A GREAT REPRESENTATION OF THE...
Read moreCould not ask for a better morning visit on 10/02/2025 to the russellville, AR Boot Barn. The to ladies were very cheerful, and helpful in helping me return and purchase new boots! They did not have to go out of their way to provide the extra service of making a return painless, BUT! they wanted to! I can't say enough about these 2 individuals but they need to be promoted and put in the positions of regional customer promotion representatives along with the monetary increase commensurate with such...
