JCPenney — Local services in Russellville

The hairstylist that did my hair was great. I was not unhappy that she was the only one in the location at the time of my service. It makes it difficult for her to do her job when she is constantly being pulled away. She was trying to focus on me, but there were other customers coming in to buy product and wanting services to be done. She had to turn the customers away that wanted services at that time. Also, she was answering phone calls (which she had to go to the front counter for) and being paged multiple times by the freight room because they had freight coming in that day that needed to be picked up. When I arrived, she was not the only one at the location. The other individual was instructed to go home by upper management. My hair took longer than it should have because the location was being improperly managed. I understand budgets and productivity, but at some point the customer needs to be important. I made a purchase online that I needed to return. I went to the counter and Victor said he would help me. I explained I made the purchase online. He asked for the packing slip which was not sent with my purchase. I told Victor he could find it on my card. He responded " I don't know how to do that " Victor proceeded to get an attitude. He asked me questions I had no answer to like what brand boots did you buy with this. What was the total purchase price. I had made 3 different online purchases in the past couple weeks so I couldn't remember. The tag was on the dress all he had to do was scan it. Which is what he ended up doing. I appreciate this salon, the staff was very helpful and kind to help me with my disabled mother. They did a spectacular job on her color and the hair cut was beautifully created from a very talented young lady. I am very confident to recommend any of these hairstylists it's one thing to get a color and a cut, but when you get it from a skilled and talented professional that has passion for beauty, well we all know that is where the difference is.
