Taco Bell — Restaurant in Russellville

You cannot order from the counter. There are no menu boards behind the counter. The only menu is the kiosk. I overheard a lady behind me ask if she could order from the counter and was told “only if you know what you want”. So like us she struggled through the kiosk ordering process. I ordered 3 soft tacos that had minimal dab of beef and stale tortillas. They had no tea available so a guy behind the counter had to fix my unsweetened tea and asked if I wanted ice. He only gave me enough ice to last until I sat down. The sweat-n-low was old or maybe damp and came out of the tubular packets in clumps. After indicating the order was for dine in on the kiosk our meals came in a paper sack as if it was to go. The seating area floor was sticky from being moped with a greasy mop. Looking into the kitchen the floor was covered with piles of dropped food. So much for a cheap quick meal. At this same location a few months back I went through the drive through and it took 45 minutes to serve 5 cars. Once in the drive through there is no way to get out of line when blocked by a car from behind. I am done...

Store was clean but It ends there. I told then that my order was wrong and they refused to help. Plus I had to shout for their attention witch isn't right. There is no Customer care if your in the dinning room so I suggest the drive thru if you want good care. On to our food the Doritos taco was smashed they did replace it. But thats were it stopped. They out right refused to replace my chalupa. I used to go here all the time I even worked at this location used love it even after I left, but I'll not be returning until stuff is fixed I'll go across...

The young man at the counter was nice but obviously overwhelmed from being massively understaffed. It took 26 minutes for us to get a cravings box deal and a chicken quesadilla meal. They are completely self-service kiosk to place your order with no one behind the counter to welcome anyone or anything else not even a menu. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I forgot how bad this place was and came back and the speed of service still sucks and still way...
